BT commentators are awful.

Well played in second half and off to the semi!

The next round will be our first real test in this seasons FA cup, the draws been kind to us so far but it's extremely likely we will be facing one of City Chelsea Utd or Spurs next, we will be underdogs whichever one we come up against, I'd say drawing Spurs wouod be our best chance of getting to the final.

Well, at least Lincoln will head home thinking Arsenal is the new Bayern :-)

Yup we showed the gap between us and the national league Sutton and Lincoln is the same as between us and Bayern, an 8 goal spread over 180 minutes :-)
To be fair there was never going to be any glory in either of the games between us and Sutton or Lincoln only embarrassment avoidance because that's how the fa cup works when pitching the giants V minnows, the small clubs have absolutely nothing to lose and the big clubs absolutely nothing but sparing thier blushes to gain.
No one will be thinking we've turned a corner after tonight's result but equally there's no new all time low for the media to have a field day with either.

Based on our current lack of form and confidence, added to our off field and on field problems, I'm happy as we have avoided two banana skin ties.

Greetings Ed,

I had a question about the influence a player has in forcing a transfer.

With reference to Sanchez, if he wanted a move to Chelsea or Man Utd, does the player have any leverage to make that happen? Or can Arsenal basically decide to sell to the highest bidder?

I understand that any deal would have to be agreed by the player, so if we got a massive offer from China, Sanchez would have the option to decline, correct?

Amazing work as always.

Cheers,

{Ed002's Note - The club cannot force a player to move somewhere he doesn't want to and it is difficult for a player to force a move to one particular side if, for some reason, the club don't wish to sell him to that side.}
