Currently watching Roma v Ac Milan. Just saw something that completely sums up Szsezency.

Ball goes behind the defence, he comes charging out even though a defender was coming back to cover (what probs spared him a red) and wipes out the forward getting nowhere near the ball. He then goes on to brilliantly save the resulting penalty.

Keep with fantastic ability in terms of diving and reflexes. but he still hasn't matured and improved his decision making. Have to say with Cech and Ospina I can't see him coming back to the first team anytime soon.

I can't see Szczesny returning, he has a flawed character and despite have a lot of talent, he will never fulfil his potential. He should be sold, if it's possible. I would also suggest selling Jenkinson, Campbell, Debuchy and Sanogo.

All players that go out on loan are on a short shift to nowhere. Even Jack, I don't expect to see him starring for the 1st 11 anytime soon! I can't think of one example of a player who's gone out on loan and come back to make an impact on the 1st team? Coq maybe but there are points to debate there.

g00ner83, thining about it you make a good point. Arsene doesn't seem to send players out on loan for their development. It tends to be for shop window purposes or last chance saloon purposes. Obviously you have the likes of Zelalem and Maitlnd Niles who may well play for us one day - and Afobe who should have played for us following his loan.

Other than that, in the current first team I can only think of Bellerin, Ramsey and Gibbs (for a good couple seasons was in our first 11)

We are so unlucky but this is probably the best season in a long time to face Bayern and, equally, the worst season in a while to face Arsenal - from a competitor's point of view.
