Cant see utd making 70pts and can't see Leicester Spurs City or us not all getting 70 plue points so champions league places done and dusted for next season.
its just who gets the 4th place trophy and who gets top prize to be decided now.

Whilst i don't disagree, they have to play all the top four still with only citeh away. They will have a big say in the shape of the top 4. They could still get a champions league place but it is a long shot.

Although the standed of this seasons premier league is much lower than what's usually required to be either champions or top 4 I still think it will be to strong for this united.
On united future I've changed my mind on Mourinho being their next boss I now think they might be looking for someone who will represent their brand in less controversial manner and someone will win admirers on and off the field, especially with Pep doing exactly that across the road.

Gunner if they have any sense, maureen won't be their manager for everything you say. Maureen for them would be a risk, not necessarily on the field but off.

7 points is nothing, don't write UTD off finishing in the top 4 just yet.

They'd need to win 9 of their remaing 12 minimum to stand any chance mate and I can't see that happening.

Top 4 is done. Lvg won't last the season. Giggs in. Then Jose for next season. They will lose De gea to real Madrid and If I was them I'd get Fraser forster.

Fraser Forster and James Butland are the two Keepers that are hot property at the moment. We are o. k now with Chec but by good Liverpool need one of them desperate.

Great afternoon with my grandson meeting Robert Pires down at Proboots in London. He was launching the new Puma boot. The place was heaving but managed to blag a foto by saying I have supported Arsenal for over 50yrs. Think they took sympathy on an old man😂.

So we want to extend Ozil and Sanchez contracts - good!
Bad news is they want to see us compete home and abroad for honours - we haven't for a while and are no where near abroad
If they leave ( cash in on them due to diminishing value with length of remaining contract ) - that's an awful message to current and potential players!
When you sign world class players - they expect to win and see the squad improve yearly. So we need to do the second part of having world class players a lot better or be content with signing has beens or prospects or average Joes.
Big big day tomorrow and window ahead - don't let us down Arsenal! COYG!

How many big summer windows have we seen come and go before where there's no players who can improve us available or where we are doing all we can but do nothing.
Sorry but if it happens I will be delighted to be wrong but after so many years of getting away with doing as little as possible its difficult to think this summer will be any different.

Them lot at marca are reporting ozil has rejected the contract and wants out. No idea if it holds any truth.

If you google Ozil wants out of Arsenal you'll see lots stories dating back from almost the day he arrived, that reliable source the Metro has almost a Mesut wants out story very week and sooner or later of course they will be right.
Both Sanchez and Mesut have the quality needed to play in sides that can and do compete for titles every season both home and abroad so its only natural they will consider their options next summer and decide if they can achieve their ambitions with Arsenal.

We have a money mad owner and a money mad manager, neither of which likes spending on their clubs/ club, neither have great ambitions of winning, just building. Wenger thinks 4th is winniñg and kroenke thinks making billions is winning. Both players in question and a few others, as in the past, will consider whether this club meets their ambitions.

At a guess I wouldn't expect any of Mesut Sanchez or Ramsey to be Arsenal players beyond next season possibly with probably Mesut or Sanchez going this summer.
Belerin ans Le Coq are the only other two player who will attract interest from big clubs as Kos has missed the boat because of his age I'd have thought.
The rest? I just don't see PSG Bayern Barcelona Real or City and Chelsea being too interested in any of them so they'll stay put.

Trouble is if you let your best players go why would any other top players want to come to replace them?

So you think Sanchez and Ozil will both leave this summer? Nice to see the confidence you have in Arsenal and both players. I hear they are both happy.

Ozil,
I believe they are happy but football is a short career and world class players want money, trophies and happiness in differing orders. To keep them happy we have to keep improving the squad and winning major trophies. Just like we did when AW started. A winning squad is a happy squad.

Our negotiations have never been the same since the days of David Dein and Danny Fiszman. I hate to say it, but they should take a leaf out of Daniel Levy's notebook. They may have to sell players such as Bale, Modric, etc, but boy do they get their pound of flesh.

DD never had to compete in the modern environment where Mega money talks and Mega agents touted players as much as they do today
As soon as we went for Anelka it would have been touted across EU to drive up price, or Paddy or Henry etc etc
World has changed and not sure how he would do.
