14 Feb 2016 22:48:08
One week ago we said we needed to beat Bournemouth and Leicester.

We have, so credit to Wenger and the boys.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 23:22:42
Yes and now we have to win at old trafford.

Agree3 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 07:47:05
And that will be a score draw.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 08:30:06
I think the trip to your spot will be the biggest NLD in some years if not the biggest.

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 08:14:30
wenger doesn't beat a jose team tho. lol.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 10:07:49
It's certainly going to be interesting, you boys not playing well and still in it 😡

Need you to get a close result against Barcelona to impact your Prem games 👍🏻.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 13:19:25
That's it we're not playing well and have the same points which for Spurs is you lot playing well. Most teams usually have a dodgy patch let's hope Spurs hit a few bad games.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 14:18:40
Spurs' dodgy patch has been lasting a few years now SLB.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 11:12:26
north, i can't see it being too close. Barcelona look so good but football is football.

how good is alderwiereld btw. star buy mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 20:27:22
He was available and it was a no brainer. Just don't understand how Spurs keep picking up players that I rated beforehand! I've seen it slowly but surely happen at Spurs. Let's hope history is unforgiving for them.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:22:50
Well with the teams left to play for each teams respective points tally off them this season.
Leicesters took 32 us 29 man citeh 23 and spuds 18. Well spurs need to look out for man u coming on the blind side or improve greatly. Got to say Leicester will certainly fancy themselves, but it is all different from here on in.

Believable0 Unbelievable4

15 Feb 2016 09:28:10
I'm confused 😖.

Agree2 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 13:05:44
Dags that's the points all have took off the teams they have left tis season when they played them earlier in the season. So if they had the same results in the return that is the points they would get. Clear as mud.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:13:35
Anybody see Barcelona penalty today?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 22:25:57
No but don't tell me. It was in the last minute of added time, they were drawing and it was outside the box, in fact that far outside it was in the center circle and their keeper got red carded. Am i right.

Agree0 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 22:38:53
It was taken by the keeper with his knee? Am i right.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:40:57
No Steve,
They did a Henry/ Pires penalty.

Only they didn't muff it up like Henry/ Pires did, lol.

And biteboy scored a hattrick.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 23:16:50
Hannibals wased disposal at barca, he should be here.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 23:21:16
I've a funny feeling we're going to turn up against Barcelona n the first leg atleast, I'm not saying we'll definitely beat them of course but I think we give them a game at home.
Utd city Bayern have so far brought out the best in us.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 07:49:11
62, I think you'll turn up at home and loose 2-1.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 08:04:00
Difficult to put a sore on it NE but I do think we will give a good account of ourselves in the first leg mate as playing the best does seen to bring out the best in us this season at home.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:38:37
Its the best Barcelona team I think iv seen. Or its getting close to that. Suarez up top is perfect.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 08:13:57
i never thought a team could retain the champions league but out of them all this has the best chance.

suarez has more than a goal a game in the league. he's just got better and better.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 14:23:38
Derby, you'd have more than a goal a game if you played upfront in that team and in that league.

I don't know if he has got better as he wasn't far away from a goal a game in the PL and that hasn't been done so far.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 14:49:15
perfect goal. a few have come and gone from Barcelona upfront. ibra failed. eto was shipped out. list goes on.

easier said than done mate. benzema doesn't manage it for real madrid. suarez is a class above. suarez fits that team perfectly.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 22:01:30
Good point well made Derby.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:13:19
What a result today, I don't know if others felt like this but for me I think Leicester weren't that good today they had 3 shots on target and one of those being the pen. For a team that torn citeh a new one I expected more tbh, if our attackers were more on point we would of slaughtered them. I've got to say though what a header from welbz, so glad he's back :)

Believable0 Unbelievable4

{Ed025's Note - i think they were doing fine before the sending off essex, that altered the whole demographic for me mate..

14 Feb 2016 22:30:30
Not the same game i saw, but hey your opinion. You do know they had 10 men for most of second half so were slightly restricted by that. I thought they fought like lions, i hopecwe show that fight in the run in.

Agree1 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 22:45:14
Agree,
Up to sending off they were very good.

Very tight at the back and don't give anything away.

They defend as a unit and counter attack, but thought Mahrez was quiet.

Kante is immense, but as Ed and Steve said, sending off made a huge difference.

They deserve huge respect (Leicester, not Steve and Ed) :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 23:17:57
Dags that kante wants drugs testing.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:39:12
Ed is spot on. Danny Simpson let them down.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:11:55
Just seen penalty Sterling conceded.

Very harsh.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 22:31:55
Harsh, should have gone to specsavers.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2016 07:49:48
Let the records say, 1 - 2 Spurs.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 20:07:48
Dags, harry Kane sends his love to you again on valentines day, I told you he won't disappoint you and to wodbod keep mugging us off. We will be the one laughing in may when we lift the title. We are here to dominate for the next few years with our classy manager and top draw players everywhere plus our massive stadium opening soon.

Believable0 Unbelievable3

14 Feb 2016 20:15:34
Excitement and expectation! It's a lot to take in when your not used to it! Go on my son enjoy yourself have one on me tonight.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 20:33:01
The air is getting a bit thin for you up here raver, as your getting disillusioned again.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:06:34
If I'm disillusioned so will Arsenal legends in Henry, mersin and keown who have also said spurs are the top side in the country and will win the league.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:06:57
And that is exactly why my Mum said to me "Son, say no to drugs".

Thanks Mum x.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - great reply dags...kudos..

14 Feb 2016 21:23:00
So you turned to alcohol instead Dags!

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:42:07
Ed,
You got to love Raver though, he's a craic :-)

Absolutely Teddy, you got to have one vice mate, lol.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:12:18
Kane is a top player. I love his desire and work rate. Hel never change no ego there. More to come from him.

Agree2 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 22:00:49
Dags didn't you mean he's on crack. Ha ha there's only one raver, bless him. I think he's a secret gunner.

Agree0 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 22:02:00
Got to say raver, i wish we had kane, because he's wasted at spurs.

Agree0 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 22:13:09
Steve,
I think Raver and Kane are both wasted at Spurs :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 22:32:49
I think raver will be wasted tonight.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i have told betty ford to expect a call steve..

14 Feb 2016 23:29:17
Well now youve given them the nod Ed, they will have taken the phones off the hook.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 19:59:04
I think we need cazorla back in the team if we are to win the league. We are just so much better when he plays. He is top class and makes our midfield tick.
Good result today, Chambers did really well after recent stick.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 20:06:54
Chambers did yes, and yes we need Santi back ASAP.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:07:46
Agree on both.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:13:16
Chambers did wel but I reckon 11vs11 would of had more to deal with. If he's on the pitch vs barcalona it could well retire him even at this age.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 19:21:59
Fair play to Welbeck today, 10 months out injured and came back today and took his goal really well in the nick of time.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 21:08:52
Absolutely.
He's played 10 minutes this season and has more goals than Eden Hazard (league) .

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i think you may have robbed that one from the liverpool site about toure dags...plagiarism is a criminal offence.. :)

14 Feb 2016 21:48:40
Nah FB Ed,

Still plagiarism though :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 18:14:13
Today also showed whay we haven't had for weeks and weeks. a strong bench, itreally makes a difference.

Believable2 Unbelievable3

14 Feb 2016 18:29:21
Completely agree Banbury

It's a squad game and it's been a little while since we've had a strong bench like today.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 20:09:21
Not sure who has disagreed with that or why, when was the last time two subs came on to score the leveller and the winner.

Agree0 Disagree2

14 Feb 2016 21:09:22
May 22nd 2009.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:56:10
We need a strong bench, with all the extra weight.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 18:13:03
Spurs are the team to beat.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 18:47:46
Dier demeble and ali is a strong athletic midfield. What poch has done with dembele is amazing.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 20:10:13
They are indeed, but look at their fixtures in April.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 20:59:47
Dembele was always a good player but sometimes players and managers don't gel and players careers sometimes don't recover.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:10:00
Why do I have to wait until April?

Can I look now?

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 21:14:58
I've been looking at the fixtures all season Banbury. There a force. Vertoghen back is needed. But they look so balanced. They will slip up but I think all the teams will

Surely we are in for lowest or close to lowest title winning points? Last season Chelsea not sure how many they had now.

Agree0 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 17:44:06
Who was it on here saying Sterling was better than Walcott? lol. Gave me a load of grief over it too. £49 million, unbelievable. Not a penalty though. typical Spurs.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

14 Feb 2016 18:06:14
I know right? Sterling has to be the most underrated player in the league.

Agree0 Disagree3

14 Feb 2016 17:56:41
On the wing Sterling. Upfront Walcott for me. Sterling is just 21 I think pep will guide him next season?

Shocking call on the peno. We need videos refs in football now.

Agree0 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 19:02:35
Typical spurs! Your the ones who get lucky all the time what are you on about?

Agree1 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 20:57:33
What about the offside winning goal Spurs got against Watford, Ramsey goal against Liverpool ruled offside when he was clearly onside, so how do Arsenal always get lucky and not Spurs then?

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 17:07:53
The best thing about today was the desire we showed in the second half to keep going forward. i feel we missed that recently. Still got difficult away games to get through.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

14 Feb 2016 16:51:29
So After Such a moral boosting last gasp winner, some people still drown out the ecstasy with negativity.
we won a crunch game against our title rivals, that's all that i care about at the moment
We are challenging for the title, in fact we are in a great place to win it. Isn't that what we all want?
COYG.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

14 Feb 2016 17:06:31
And that's spot on.

Agree1 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 17:11:26
CMP you nailed it

We did exactly what was needed :)

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 16:34:34
Guys any idea why Gabriel didn't play today, and what happened to koscielny?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - injured and injured.}

14 Feb 2016 16:42:14
Gabriel hamstring could be out for a few weeks.
Kos dead leg at HT.

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - someone gave him a dead leg at half time? Was it Chambers trying to get himself a game?}

14 Feb 2016 17:19:35
I think you are correct Ed :-)

If Kos got a dead leg, did Villa GK get a 'dead back' today?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - that would explain a thing or two that is for sure.}

14 Feb 2016 16:44:17
Gabriel - Slight hamstring, which usually transpires to mean a proper hamstring and 6 weeks out!
Koscielny - Dead leg, hopefully back for the next match.
I thought Chambers was soild when he came on and Mertesacker was far better with the excellent Coquelin protecting him, opposed to the utterly useless Flamini.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:43:23
10 mins left, have a sneaky feeling Villa might turn this one around :-)

Jeez, 6-0!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - yeah but you said austin was a good player as well dags.. :)

14 Feb 2016 16:06:12
He will come good Ed, very good SQUAD player mate :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - in the villa squad maybe.. :)

14 Feb 2016 15:45:21
Great to see sanchez back, welbeck theo and coq and cup games should give them vital match fitness and sharpness, but boy i think we miss caz more tha we think, ramsay not doing the best job there fore me, but ok ish. He doesn't link the play like caz does wanders too much and gives the ball away too cheap. Good to see elneny on the bench, maybe he will get a game against hull.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 16:04:31
Have to agree Steve, I was of the opinion that Ramsey would get back to top form back in the middle but he hasn't.

Cazorla was just immense in that role and despite G Neville saying Arsenal would never win the league with Cazorla and Coquelin in those roles it was one thing I felt he was way off the mark with.

Cazorla is maybe still 4 weeks away but it will be great to have him back.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:21:26
We made too much hard work out of them - not strong enough in central midfield nor quick enough in attack

Sooner we get back to Coq and Santi in the middle the better

Sooner we drop Ox the better

Sooner Sanchez finds his boots the better

We will get punished if we keep going like this without changes to formation / players in positions.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

14 Feb 2016 15:34:02
More questions than answers today again as always
We got lucky with the 2nd penalty decision and Simpsons mad minute IMO,

Agree1 Disagree2

14 Feb 2016 15:48:31
We are just so predictable, you read ever pass before it's made
Cluadios interview before the match he talked about how they play every game with 11 players because they play as a tea and work for each other, I can't remember an Arsenal match were I've thought that, that every player deserved there place n the starting 11 once the game had finished, and I think that comes down to a lack of desire.

Agree1 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 15:54:43
g62 mate, there wasn't a second penalty so we weren't lucky it was a right decision end of.
However they got lucky to escape a penalty if not 2.

Agree0 Disagree1

14 Feb 2016 16:00:56
They should have been down to 9 men. Tackle on Rambo was terrible.

We need a little more balance in the team plus turning defence to attack quicker. We used to train on getting into opponents box from ours with as few passes as possible. We do the opposite most of the time.

Ox needs to go out on loan. Still have faith in him but he is way off the mark with his first touch and passing.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 16:13:54
Moe i think what gunner is saying, if it was given, it would have been good night, but as you say it wasnt. And it probably wasnt a penalty but again monreal walking on thin ice.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 16:20:23
Guys I perpetually find myself amazed with the constant negativity, the only question is did we get 3 points at the business end of the season from a tough fixture after going 1-0 down.

The answer is a resounding YES.

We have good players coming back or are back that will or are getting back to speed at a vital time.

The confidence boost for not only the win but the drama of it being last minute can't be underestimated.

There remains a long way to go but everything still to play for, people have been crying out for us to challenge, winning crunch games like this against the league leaders at this point of the season is called challenging.

Agree1 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 16:30:44
Thats right steve it would've been for sure.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 17:21:45
Absolutely spot on Red Dog.

If I won £1m on lottery, I don't care if its lucky dip, Lotto or scratch card.

Point is, money in the bank.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 17:28:39
Ox is not a bad player he just needs to find his confidence, I didn't think he had a bad game. The sooner we give him support, instead of bashing him, the sooner he will get back to his best.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 19:22:54
Red - I agree with you. I am looking at today's game and thinking that we need to improve because we have some difficult games ahead. Playing like this may not be enough to secure a big booty of points from Spurs, Utd and City.

Bgd- Ox is not a bad player. I recognise the potential but he makes too many mistakes at the moment and our room for error at present is pretty much zero due to a few poor results. Hence I would like he loaned out to gain minutes and confidence.

I want our spine back - Cech, Per and Kos, Coq and Santi, Ozil and Giroud

I want our pace back - Sanchez, Theo and Danny

With that - we get our bench and depth sorted

😎.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:12:54
That was too tense. Had we taken our chances, we would have scored about 5 or 6. Sanchez and Rambo were woeful with their shooting.

Impressed by Chambers at CB. I thought they would tear him a new one but played with composure
Credit also to Ozil and Welbeck for their effort for the winning goal

Good to get three points for the 2nd week running. If we manage a run of 8 games with at least 6 wins I think we can take it. Early days though.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

14 Feb 2016 14:58:00
What ever our opinions on strikers, let's hope we have three genuine strikers fighting for a space up top after today. Not a welbeck fan ( on finishing ) but he has to convert more than the present holder and him and walcott have to be given the green lightcto prove themselves.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 17:06:39
Giroud is to wasteful, and Theo is to hit no miss
I'd like to see Welbeck have a injury free season as first choice to see what he's capable of, never really got a chance at Utd but still scored goals when he did, scored some good goals for England
I've always thought he's underrated and undervalued.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 14:45:17
Jeez,
Don't want to go through that again.
Credit to Leicester, very very hard working team, who have an incredible desire.

Disappointed in Sanchez to be honest. Very hard working but no real end product and Ramsey really needs to sort his shooting out.

Wenger takes stick but 2 very good substitutions.

Very happy.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

14 Feb 2016 14:53:21
One of them should have started. Finishing was woeful. Giroud now gone six games and diddly squat. I saw why today, although I only needed confirmation.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 14:55:49
You can try and poach our scouts and coaching staff and try and sign out players but you will never have the passion, heart or desire that we have. 10 men we only had 10 men.!

You are a shadow of your former selfs.

LTID.

Agree0 Disagree4

14 Feb 2016 15:06:14
Forgiven for the sour grapes, not forgiven for hero worshipping a cheat. That 'penalty' was the only reason you were in the game. Lost all respect for Vardy.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:07:38
Totally agree dags, and very happy for Welbz to be honest. Wenger deserve some credit for his game plan and the sub was spot on.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:38:00
Jugganaught,
I have had a lot of respect for Leicester all season.

You have just wiped that out with one very sour post.

How many men did you have when we stuffed you 5-2 in your back yard?

You played well today, very well.
Shame you are not as classy as your team.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:51:41
Steve I can where your frustrations coming from but in all fairness olly assisted the opener and he did that last week, also if it wasn't for morgans hand, he would've had a brilliant goal today. Again as you mentioned it'd you opinion and its normal for fans to be differ.
Ozilb, it was a pen unfortunately and vardy was smart about it, once monreal moved his leg any striker would have done the same and that include ours.
J mr Leicester fan, you are doing really well, but didn't deserve any points from todays game. it's your player's fault for committing those 2 fouls and deservely sent off. Its all part of the game.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - very sensible and well thought out post that moe...are you sure your not an evertonian?.. :)

14 Feb 2016 16:06:01
Moe its more than frustration, its full blown anger, we nearly paid for inneptness again today but got out of jail again. Respect to Leicester and respect to us but title winning teams neeed an edge and we don't have one. But we needed the win and we got it. Easy game at old trafford next.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 16:17:14
Sorry Moe but I remember when moving your leg to catch contact with a defenders so you can go over was not clever, or winning a penalty, it was just plain old fashioned cheating. 'Winning' penalties doesn't sit well with me. It's cheating.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 16:45:27
Beggins mate, I see your point and I agree with you, but unfortunately that's how's the modern footballers operate these days.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 16:35:43
Trust me steve I get that "full blown anger" most of the time I watch arsenal.
Yes we did get out og jail today but onky because we were determined to do so and it paid off.
Ed25, I do have a soft spot for you guys and always hope you do well, good club you have there, let's hope that all won't change when the guys with lots money buy your club.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - our soft spot is between martinez,s ears moe, he worries me more than any investor mate..

14 Feb 2016 14:53:56
The red card helped us big time. Good win tho. Barcelona playing us today wouldn't of been nice to see

Kante is class.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 14:16:11
Ok I admit I was wrong. I said we won't win today with giroud striker but we would with theo. But I am even more sure we will never win the league ever with giroud striker. While theo is not world class his finishing is.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - really steve?..world class finisher?,hmmmm great impact player from the bench for me mate..

14 Feb 2016 14:57:39
Not saying is Walcott is world class finisher by any means but in the box I would trust Walcott to finish more chances than Giroud anyday of the week with his feet. Walcott is waste out wide and needs to play centrally or not atall.

We can't expect to win anything which such inept shooting all round mind we need some serious practice, or a proper class striker even better. We must have the worst conversion rate in the league, we still barley tested the keeper for all the 2nd half dominance we had, he made one class save that was about it apart for the goals. It should have never been that nervy today.

Agree1 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:07:28
I think give well beck a chance upfront.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:07:48
Olly off the bench brilliant goal scorer, to Theo off the bench to Danny off the bench all are better goal scorers off the bench, we need a goal scorer who do it from the start simples.

Agree0 Disagree0

14 Feb 2016 15:22:10
Walcott as a number nine has a 1 in 2 strike rate for us and england. Our finishing lately has been dire and it gets worse with pressure. When a cool head is needed, we struggle in this team to find one. I know he wasnt number 9 when he came on but in front of goal he struck with one effort. And again his strike rate is better than people realise and at the top level, it is key to success, wastefulness isnt. Giroud has a 1 in 7 strike rate, i'm sorry that is dire. I just hope for our sakes walcott gets more of a chance to prove, especially as giroud has now gone 6 game and zip.

Ed i'm not having it. I keep banging on about his stats and today proved with spades giroud s finishing stats are awful and under pressure are worse. Repeat 1 in two at no 9 and one in two today, getting it with his first. We will not win the league with dire finishing. Giroud is to static too. If giroud stays no9 its good night irene.

{Ed025's Note - i know your a big theo fan steve and i know his stats (even though i find it unbelievable) but i think giroud is a bit more of a team player than you give him credit for mate..should he score more?..deffo, but would theo cause the opposition as much strife as giroud?..its a no for me...but everyone to his own mate..

To be fair Ed,
Theo has 12 goals from 13 starts as a striker.
But, you are correct, he's also a good impact sub.

Theo and Olly are both good, in different ways, whether they will win us the league (as strikers) is questionable.

My that was hard work. Tight first half and a little unlucky with the penalty I though but that is common now strikers running into defenders legs to get penalties, It is cheating in my book but they all do it? .

Sending off was crucial mind and reletness pressure by my god we still barely tested the keeper with decent shots for the dominance we had in 2nd half. We need serious shooting practice. Can Ramsey even shot straight? . The players are too programmed and conditioned to pass and pass in training that is the problem. 24 Shots only 6 on target not good enough.

{Ed025's Note - was it ever in doubt ryan? :), by the way mate it was a pen..

Red specs it was a pen 100%. But I also think ours was.

Penalty - yes

Before that - we had a big claim for one plus a foul before the move

They should have been down to 9 men.

Yes no doubt we would have been screaming for a penalty down the other end, I just think it is just too easy and cheap these days fro strikers just to run into defenders and win easy penalties. Anyway did not effect the result finally,3 points were vital. Need a nice boring 0-0 for Spurs and Man City now.

SY4, It is us who will be unlucky have they been given a second pen mate, because it wasn't.
Our first pen claim was a penalty because he moved his hand.
It's a well deserved 3 points IMO. But man, we need to check out those boots as no one can shoot straight.
