Well done boys!
A few poor performances including Sanchez but overall a good win.
Interesting to see the boss change tactics.
We need to add at least one Centreback to play a back 3. Well played Holding - nice game and great effort. Good to see Kos, Holding and Mustafi as back 3 soon.
The game highlighted our lack of width and counter attack. We need a few pacy wingers who can run at people and cross.
Back 3 does not help Bellerin as he cannot cross nor can Ox.
At least we won and at least the boss showed he can change.

Sy i think all the players were guilty of that but they weren't involved in both our goals. I think he was only a 6 out of ten but the rest were below that.

Had to laugh in the last 10 minutes when Sanchez held the ball, waved his arms at the team to 'calm down' and maintain possession, only to immediately lose the ball himself and have to sprint 50 yards back towards goal! I loved seeing a new system last night, but that proper made me chuckle.

To make the 343 system work well you don't need the best players in the world but you do need the right type of players who all understand the jobs they have to do plus what jobs their team mates are supposed to do to. The full backs are crucial to making the system work well they have to have good engines to be able to get up and down the pitch for 90 minutes, ideally you want 4 half decent hard working attacking full backs in order to rest of replace as needed.
You need 3 fairly mobile CBs who work well as a unit again they don't have to be the best but they do need to understand their own job as well as where team mates are supposed to be ideally the middle CB would be very comfortable on the ball with a fairly good footballing brain who would be able to step into the DM position when the team are dominating possession in attack, not essential buy definitely an advantage.
You need two CMF players who are both comfortable playing the holding role well plus comfortable going forward to join the attack in advanced positions, these two have to have a great understanding of each other being aware of each others position at all times and have the rock solid understanding when one goes the other stays.
The three attacking players need to be fairly quick in order to capitalise on the break but also be hard working in the opposition half never giving the opposing defences a moments peace forcing them into mistakes and giving the ball away cheaply and quickly as possible.
Get this system right and you've always got 7 defenders when without the bal plus you've always got 6/ 7 attacking players when in possession plus playing 3 attacking players who are not expected to get back anywhere near their own box makes it difficult for the opposition to commit too many players forward reducing their own full backs attacking threat if they play 4 at the back.
Lastly the team needs to aware of not just thier own job but all other 10 team mates jobs too and all need to be vocal when any individual isn't doing thier job properly and not afraid to let them know in no uncertain manner.
With the 343 or 352 system you don't necessarily need the best players in the world just the right type of players with good attitudes work ethic and desire to win.
