After being sacked, Mourinho wanted to make a quick exit.

Unfortunately for him, somebody parked the bus in front of his car.

I'm not saying our players are injured all the time, but apparently all the sick kids from the local hospital are coming to visit them this Christmas.

17 Dec 2015 20:24:50
Totally agree sligo, let's beat them at full strength and leave no room for question marks. Olypiakos away was fantastic now it's time to show the premier league what we can do without Sanchez and let them worry about how much stronger still we'll be once he's back.

17 Dec 2015 20:37:54
Would still prefer if Aguero and Kompany were still injured though :-)

Na Dags beat their best and let them be glad our best weren't all available.

I bet Cech is the happiest, he got out of that shambles long ago.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 20:25:08
I don't think Hazard will be having a glass of wine G62.

He's probably still recovering in intensive care after that appalling, life threatening injury he sustained at Leicester :-)

You could be right Sussex.

Here's to his miracle recovery then! Cheers.

More to the point, I have been using the same curry house for years, always been awesome, but, just had a stinker of a take away from them. Gutted, my world has collapsed and It's time to part company.

Maureen could easily end up in Manchester, either or, pep could easily end up at chelski or Manchester, either or. Like them or not, perfect fit for those clubs, even if it may be short term success.

17 Dec 2015 18:47:30
Pep city bound I feel. José to utd could happen. If I was them I'd get blanc. Benitez will leave real Madrid sooner or later and the merry go found continues. Plus Germany's manager could be on the move this summer.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 18:51:04
Can only be a bad thing he has been booted out IMO, Chelsea will slowly climb the league for sure.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 19:00:35
The only thing I see stopping him emerging at utd is if Chelsea have put a clause in his pay off deal to stop him managing in this country for a set period, last time they sacked him there was a gagging clause so it wouldn't surprise me as Chelsea could easily have placed him on gardening leave as with Roberto dematto.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 23:12:23
I bet they wish canerio has a gagging order. I'd activate it daily if I was them.

Mourinho sacked. hmm. pep announcing something. About where is future lies. bet hiddink innuntil end of the season. i no mourinho is a bit of a prat. but he is a class manager players let him down.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

17 Dec 2015 15:39:53
I think he's wanted out all season Sligo been looking for and finding trouble all season.
class isn't a word I'd associate with mourinho but successful is.

Agree2 Disagree1

17 Dec 2015 15:49:57
Although he won things class is the last word I'd associate with him, i really wouldn't want him anywhere near our club he's toxic beyond belief.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 15:56:35
Guardiola is known to have said he's leaving Bayern because his high intensity game can't be sustained for more than 3 years. I think the same thing applies to Mourinho as well, the players just can't seem to be able to up their game to the levels Mourinho demands.

Agree0 Disagree2

17 Dec 2015 16:15:30
I said as soon as he slated the physio he's done. I don't blame the players after how much crap hea caused. Slating refs. Defending Costa. A physio has a lot of friends esp a female one. Bad call

Hiddink won't rescue them he's like van gaal and advocate I think games moved on tol much. I expect them to make aamove for diego someone this summer.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 18:16:13
Good riddance, first real challenge he faced and he failed
He was so concerned about having a pop and blaming everyone else when he should have been concentrating on his job.

Classless.

Hey Derby,

Can you enlarge on the someone or does Diego not want you to reveal his full name. :-)

17 Dec 2015 18:18:44
Well a lot of the players didn't look interested. hazard, cesc, costa, matic. these are young enough players. cesc and costa only been there a year. only player who has been good is William. think there defence is shot. ivanoich, terry and Cahill all seen to be making mistakes and seem to have lost a few yards of pace. he lost the dressing room. never took any blame from results. digging out players and referees. still I think he will spill the beans, because he may be back in prem. but never again with Chelsea. i know Wenger might have stayed around to long for some, but the players and the board have always tried for him. that says a lot about our football club. a proper team, and I would hate to turn into a Blackburn, chelski, city or even Utd at the min. trying to buy the title. sacking managers after winning the league the previous season. we should be careful what we wish for. apart from a defensive mid and a mert upgrade. 😉.

So the "Special Gone" has gone for the 2nd time and most probably for the last time we have seen this bitter guy in Premier league.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

17 Dec 2015 15:57:58
Last time at Chelsea, but not the last time in Premier League. He most likely will end up at either United or City, depending on whoever gets Pep first.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 18:52:05
I agree Wes, he will be back withouta doubt.

17 Dec 2015 15:05:55
So mourinho has gone, its a shame he ever came back in the first place really.
First time round he was funny charming and a credit to the premier league and I was sorry to see him leave but sadly he came back totally bitter looking for trouble and conflict wherever he could get it, trying to belittle and to be to disrespect Arsene at every opportunity he manage to create then when he could find time all others he could fit in along the way.
His 100 greatest moments from his first stint at Chelsea have been totally overshadowed by his 1000 worst since his return and I'm glad he's gone, his loss is everyone else's gain IMO.

Hi Eds and all,

Not sure whether this is the right form to post a question, but: with Spuds, Chelski and West Ham United all looking more or less certain to move to 60 000 seaters in the near future, have the Board discussed anything about expanding the Grove? I remember reading that the current design has been planned to allow for an easy expansion to 75 000 seats. I also remember a while ago the season ticket waiting list was nearing 40 000 supporters. We have to have the upper hand in terms of financial power in the long term.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - you are correct that the stadium was designed with expansion in mind but no steps have been taken yet to do so.}

17 Dec 2015 09:19:00
Great answer Ed phew, more years of stadium paying excuses for lack of being competive would be hard to take :- (

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 09:34:41
Expanding is a no brainer.

Agree0 Disagree0

17 Dec 2015 13:21:35
I thought we won't ever get permission to expand unless all the local train station facilities are upgraded? I can't see putting escalators in at Holloway Road and expanding the entrance at Arsenal being exactly high on TFL's budget agenda.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - it is, in my opinion, why such a large amount of cash is being retained in the back. So the club can launch it immediately if the council etc acts.}

17 Dec 2015 14:46:53
Interesting thought Ed. But I wonder if TFL would work with Arsenal in re-building the required stations.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - I am sure an agreement could be reached as it is in their interests to get them improved as well.}
