Wenger is the problem.
There are players at the club who should not start games simply because they won't be here too long. how can we plan for the future. Wenger can only see as far as the end oh his nose. He has been too scared to drop sanchez. He hasn't put a performance in for months. yet it is only of late he has been subbed and then its usually too late to change the game. Whereas lacazette is dropped or subbed regularly but is hungry and willing to play for arsenal and has a future unlike sanchez who appears to have lost interest with arsenal. Which other top manager would carry on playing a player who wants to leave yet doesn't play there top signing. no wonder lacazette is looking to the skies.
Ozil on the other hand to his credit has upped his game. he maybe putting himself in the shop window. nonetheless he is giving 100per cent to arsenal. Wenger should have the balls to pay him 300k a week rather than letting him go for free then spend 60m plus on a replacement.
But how can wenger sort out ozils future when he kept every one in the dark about his own. There lies the problem how can we progress when the futures of top players aren't decided and have a manager who can't determine his.
I would get shot of sanchez asap he is putting a bad vibe around the squad. I wouldn't want to play with a player who doesn't want to be there. Players with loyalty like walcott are being ignored. I would rather give walcott a run in the team. but i have a feeling wenger will let him go in january and keep sanchez till the end of the season.
The defence also needs a full makeover. Cech koscienly merti monreal are not what they were. Mustafi is a mistake waiting to happen and chambers holding and bielek are untried. ospina is not top quality. maitland niles is not a left back and kolasniac like lacazette is not being used to his strengths and is also having the confidence zapped out of him by wengers bemusing team selections.
There has been large cracks widening at the club for a long time which are occasionally papered over.

With Arsene there will always be more questions than answers, no one really understands his decisions and there for no one can really agree with what he does and how he does it.
But 50% of fans are happy to go along with it regardless whether they agree or not.
Many clubs have had planes flying over stadiums only one club had has had two planes flying over at the same time.
It's the 50% who back Arsene regardless that maintain the way things are at Arsenal, the board and Arsene are 100% united and 100% interdependent on each other to be able to continue as they are and the only thing that makes them all bulletproof is the fans being split.
If the fans were all 100% focused on the clubs fortunes then change would come but because 50% back Arsenes interests ahead of the clubs change is prevented from happening.

we are willing or were willing to extend both players deals on top money. sanchez is off and ozil stalling. I still think both depart to Manchester.

I agree Derby both will go and probably to Manchester which won't be pleasant to see at all but it will be made even less palatable by the fact there will no 100+ million we would have got last summer for exactly the same outcome.

I enjoyed watching Man City's performance in the thrashing of the Toot. What I like about Guardiola is that despite being clear at the top, he looks likely to buy in January. Take note Mr Wenger. It looks like Liverpool won't match Southampton's £70m valuation of Van Dijk, now is the time to offer say £50m and Walcott as a makeweight in the deal. In adddition sign Nzonzi by triggering his reported £35m clause. I would also like to see us try and sign Saha as a replacement for departing Sanchez.
I understand Wenger veering away from 3 CB's, but I have never liked his 4-2-3-1 formation which left gaps in front of the full backs and would like to see Wenger return to his fluid and very successful 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 formation.

{Ed001's Note - nothing to do with valuations, though LFC would have to be idiotic to buy him. Saints have a tapping up charge on file against LFC over the player, they cannot act without Soton giving permission to do so.}

Would Southampton or anyone else be prepared to match Theos 130-140k a week wage?
Would Theo really be prepared to take a 50-70% pay cut?
Surely this fact alone would make such a deal a non starter even if both players wanted the move which we have no idea either or both do and even if both players did and Theo was prepared to take a super huge pay cut would Southampton want Theo? Would Arsene pay the fee what Southampton wanted?
Sorry RG but I think you playing fantasy football manager here mate by putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with a load of Benzema :-)

No Sanogo, must of been a typo on that tiny phone. He keeps spelling Goretzka wrong too, no way is it spelt Nzonzi.

I’ve no idea who he means when he types Fellaini either, he can’t mean that toilet brush from United. 🙄.

Surely if you was Van Dijk, you would be getting your agent to tout you up to Man City. He fits their style, as is comfortable on the ball for a CB, and they need a replacement for Company soon, and of course, they can find £70m down the back of the sofa. He gets to win lots of things, and earns a fortune to boot. Now compare that with accepting a part-ex deal to come to Arsenal. not going to happen.

I reckon 35 more points from their 20 reaming games giving them 87 points total would be way to strong for anyone else Raver mate.
12 more games? It doesn't look out of the question right now.

Hi Lads
No rumours from me but I'm looking for some advice! I'm from Ireland but I'm thinking about getting tickets to the Arsenal vs Everton match in February for me and a friend! I'm just wondering what is the best way to get tickets? I know there's plenty of websites but I'm not sure if some of them could be dodgy! Anyways any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.
