No complaints from me boys, you fully deserved your win and bossed spurs all over the pitch. All the TV hype on spurs all week was ridiculous as we are only 4 th in the league and nowhere near as good as the media darlings think. It was the worst spurs performance I've seen this season and you looked very good today and there were rumours of a big bust up in the changing rooms before the match involving Danny rose but I won't use that as a excuse as you wanted it more. The Subaru's taking a few boots of its very grumpy owner and now it's time for my liver to take serious damage tonight in the dog and gun later as I'm not in the mood for sir Peters tonight.

Raver you are a top man! Enjoy your lovely subaru, take away curry and beer from the plastic bottle and a big night out in North London! You are not half bad ;-)

Gracious post raver. I thought Spurs looked off the pace today. Competing in the Champions League, as well as having more players on International duty and playing high intensity football on a larger pitch is clearly taking it's toll. It will be interesting to see how they cope with the amount of matches coming up. The Danny Rose situation must be sorted and a swop for Luke Shaw might be on.
A night in, a take away curry and Cobra is in order.
Respect for your post.

You're still a melon, but a respectful melon 👍👍.

R. G. I always big up spurs when things go well and I'm always take stick in great strides when we go missing that's what being a football fan is all about. I must admit apart from Liverpool and real Madrid matches we have been bang average all season. We've lost in the big games against Utd, Chelsea and you and have failed to beat the likes of Burnley and Swansea etc,

Respect raver, gunners reality check-great game from us but what do you think result would be if Spurs will actually turn up for the game? don't get me wrong I’m just confused if this win comes from our good performance or from the fact that Spurs where no show today?

Agree0 Disagree1

19 Nov 2017 10:28:26
Most teams can’t be ‘on’ every week, sometimes you play well but the other team nkt quite clicking helps (spurs v Liverpool for example) but I thought arsenal played very well, I don’t think spurs were awful and you’d were slightly lucky with the goals but you were the better team, I’m really anti-Ozil but thought he was phenomenal yesterday, when it clicks for Arsenal you’re a great side but when it doesn’t it seems like the games a write off.

19 Nov 2017 10:42:34
Raver, the most irritating poster but straight as a dice. Most of what he says is sadly true and you have to say he's a gentleman in defeat. I love it when we beat the spuds but sadly i think the win is papering cracks rsther than a step forward. stringfellows has lost a valued customer tonight and mr kiplings shares have hit the floor. Peace out. Ps xhaka for ballon d'or.

What a great front three. Tipical arsenal, will be broken up in 6 weeks. Then again ozils twin brother played today, the one that works back and puts a full shift in.

He's a class act. Just because he doesn’t charge around like a headless chicken he's seen as lacking commitment. Utter tosh.

Agree1 Disagree0

18 Nov 2017 20:56:14
No one os asking him to run around like an headless chicken, just appreciate there are two side to football and to play more often like he did today. Far better player when he actually decides to apply himself.

Agree1 Disagree0

18 Nov 2017 16:49:57
I think that just put a dent in the power shift. I know spuds are still above us in the league. Truth is they are competative on a regular basis, except when the pressure is on, that won't change, not enough cajones.

The new Real Madrid, the same old Toot! Not a player today that I would swop for one of ours. Another trophyless season on the cards for the toot.

Excellent performance the team. Top team selection and Mustafi was my man of the match by a mile.
Celebrating driving the 991 Turbo down Park Lane and will watch the match again whilst downing an ice cold glass of Krug Grand Cuvée.

Sadly Mustafi can't stand the manager or he would be a great player for us!

When they beat us or get a draw, they make DVDs and sell them for 4 years. I wonder where Tottenham will get their revenue from now. I guess Harry Kane and Delle Ali have to be sold to cover for the deficit.

Hi Raver.

Respect NES? Are you lads having a bloody laugh? His team are two losses away from him totally losing the plot and coming on to the live pages and calling Arsenal fans every vile word in the book.

19 Nov 2017 07:41:48
To be fair Sharpie I don’t think Dags and 62 were on the chat page when NES aka Duhwayne had his break down and showed his true colours. The guy like you say though mate is a bitter nasty little twonk. To be polite.

Touched a nerve RS? you call everyone on live chat, even your own fans, I simply gave you it back in response, one day. I see your wing man is still covering you, modern day chuckle brothers.

Gunner and Dags are very fair in their points and criticism about both teams.

{Ed0333's Note - An Arsenal fan praising Wenger. Wonders will never cease. Only joking Moe glad to see Mr Wenger getting some props.

18 Nov 2017 15:03:25
Of course wenger should be praised for results, he's responsible for them.

18 Nov 2017 15:22:42
we were class. that's our best team imo. happy happy.

18 Nov 2017 15:36:20
LOL ed0333, that’s what make an arsenal fan I guess hahaha.
And as steve said, he’s responsible for the result.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed0333's Note - I get that it’s time for Wenger to possibly leave but the man was a thorn in Fergies side for years and you just got to love him for that. I hope he gets the respectful send off he deserves when he eventually leaves. Great man and great serpent to AFC

18 Nov 2017 16:21:24
Absolutely superb result and all respect goes to the players and manager for it.

A big shout out to the fans today. couldn't hear the spuds all game . Some fans need to make more of an effort because it's a different ball game when the fans turn up.

Agree1 Disagree0

18 Nov 2017 17:05:32
Catch 22 Sanogo mate, hard for the fans to get behind some of the passionless displays and equally tough for the team to play when the fans are on their backs.
They have the fans right bang on side after today so the ball is very much in their court and a run of 10 determined 100% effort games would see them earn the benefit of the doubt on a bad day again.
10 games of 100% effort even if the results are not perfect would do wonders for everyone.

18 Nov 2017 17:00:15
Yes ed333 certainly a bit of a snake. You said it, not me. Lol.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed0333's Note - That wasn’t a Freudian slip mate honest. I obviously meant to say servent 😀

18 Nov 2017 18:03:32
It's not catch 22 for me. The job of a supporter is to support. I sing rain or shine. The ones that don't sing are fair wether fans and should stay away .

Agree0 Disagree0

18 Nov 2017 19:09:52
It's a big old ground to have all to yourself Sanago :-)
It's a lot to ask for the fans to accept some of our effortless displays in recent years sometimes 4 or 5 on the trot and still back the team regardless mate.
Has to be a two way Street to work mate, no pop star goes on stage half hearted and expects the audience to cheer then uo and send then home happy plus pay for the privilege of doing so.

Agree0 Disagree0

19 Nov 2017 06:42:34
It's not a lot to ask at all g62. And your daft little analogy didn't help either. The problem is that the fans you would ideally like in the ground are priced out of it. You have a good look round you inside the emirates and tell me that you see 100% Arsenal fans. Had two people sitting next to me who have somehow managed to get a ticket to the NLD from the far reaches of Europe asking me what are we singing to ozil and can I tell him the words.

Agree0 Disagree0

19 Nov 2017 10:36:41
Arsenal have many many prawn sandwich attenders of games that's for sure but I see absolutely nothing wrong with fans from all over the world attending games NLD or not.
I think our cosmopolitan fan base is something to be extremely proud of and why would someone who has travelled thousands of miles to watch a game maybe for the first time know the words to the songs? I hope they had an absolutely brilliant day
Yes I too think many working class fans are priced out of attending games and it's 100% wrong because that's where the real passion comes from, look at Anfield and Old Trafford but I remember going to games long before the Emirates and standing in silence despite some trying to encourage our fans to be more vocal.
Hibury wasn't called the library for nothing mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

19 Nov 2017 11:42:42
They weren't Arsenal fans mate. Just in London and went for something to do. Which I guess is their prerogative and I'm not so much as getting at them as all the top London clubs will be prone to that. Like I say yesterday the fans were amazing. Got the full range of songs and the players were getting homage to and that was from the whistle mate and you can see the difference it makes.

Agree0 Disagree0

19 Nov 2017 14:55:07
Fair comment mate i didn't realise they were simply tourists.
As we all know the club is more about money than people pleasing now days and I'm sure they aren't that interested who's money they take.
Football and fans are very much a by product at Arsenal money in the bank is much much more the ambition than landing the big prizes.

18 Nov 2017 14:18:31
I really like people here to give credit and support is for what we have and are. This game showed that we still like to fight!

{Ed0333's Note - Credit to Arsene perhaps Sen?

18 Nov 2017 14:45:10
Credit to Wenger, players and fans - lots of great performances especially Ozil.

18 Nov 2017 14:53:39

Your not wrong Steve but today is one of Arsenes and his Arsenals rare golden days to be fully enjoyed.
Much like the Chelsea result earlier in the season.
There has been much to find fault with for a long time now but today is all about enjoying an unexpected bonus performance and result.

I totally agree with your analysis Ed001 mate especially on Xhaka, if he struggles badly today I think it might be his last premier league start of 2017, the whole team need a big performance today but Xhaka needs one more than anyone else.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - I would be shocked if Wenger dropped him, he has not performed well once that I have seen, but continues to get picked if fit.}

18 Nov 2017 10:31:07
I think if Xhaka does struggle badly and fans turn on him completely Arsene might be open to a combination of 2 from Jack Le Coq and Elney.
The pressure will be emense on both player and manager if he has a costly performance against Spurs today.
Hopefully he will turn up with and have his best ever game for us today.
