Big game tomorrow :

Want to see Ox and Granit in the middle with Ozil behind the front three of:

Theo - Sanchez - Danny ( pacy, movement, fluidity, options and work rate - plus Theo ( hit and miss but can offer that on his day )

Need a win and possible if we have the right attitude

Think that says it all SY mate, we can win if our players have the right attitude, it's absolutely scandalous that we have to hope our players attitude is right surely Thier attitude for the game being right should be a given in return for the £ millions they receive each season.
No one can guarantee they will perform well on the day and no team can guarantee they will win a game but effort and attitude should be a given in each and every game from all 22 players who set foot on the field.

One thing for sure - we better have sorted out our zonal marking. If not then what the blank do the defensive coaches do and who is rollocking the players for being blank poor at following instructions. They were a shambles and embarrassing,
Yes there's been an international break but it's a pretty simple thing, This is your space - protect it. Make it hard for players to run past you and make it hard for them to win / direct headers from within your space.
Let's see if we have learnt anything - I will be mighty blank if we have not.

It's a big game for sure and it's a must win really to give us any realistic chance of getting back into top 4, thus if we win will be 4 points behind City in 4th with a game in hand. Utd dropping points helped but it's about time we actually took advantage of such a situation.

If we lose we will be cut adrift and I can't see us getting back then.

Its' about time some of our big players Sanchez aside showed some real fight for Wenger.

If we don't win we ain't getting top four, the board should show that it exists and that it ain't happy and the fans can then move on and look forward too next season. Get a new boss in that will get rid of the under perfomers and bring in fresh talent that want to win things.

Top four has gone Steve without a doubt the rest are playing too well.

It's the raver coming through in his Subaru, R. G. I think Arsenal will finish top 4,oops it's April fools day lol. I see this classy spurs side that won't finish top 4 according to R. G. wins again and are now back on Chelsea's case for the league title.

League tittle is gone. But I think you know that already. Because there is no real pressure from anywhere I think you will finish a good second. For me the city game is key for us in the top 4 run in. A good win tomorrow and its there for us.

12 - let's get everyone caught up on same games played to see how we all stand. I don't disagree that we are poor but don't believe we can be as poor as you guys just yet 😉.

Current top 4 will finish the top 4 imo. Arsenal and man utd missing out. Man utd injury list is shocking.

No one talking about game tomorrow, I wonder why. Im going for 0-3, I can't see any other score at the moment. Not really looking forward to it either, that's what it has come too.

Steve r, you must be a fan of Idrissa Gueye, I think he looks the closest thing to kante in the EPL and just been looking at some of his stats and they look impressive as well.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

01 Apr 2017 14:30:51
Sano funnily enough, no there is only one kante lookalike and that's kante. If we can't have kante, I would like matuidi, if we can't have matuidi I don't want gueye. I think we need height and a presence in there now.

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Apr 2017 17:36:40
Yes Matudi is the option I would like. I'm just trying to be real about players we can actually sign. Top 4 Is a must steve. And considering what's gone on this year I think it would be the only time I will be satisfied with that result.

01 Apr 2017 18:29:38
Matudi for me. Would have liked Nzongi or whatever his name is but that ship sales. Nzongi and Mane : (.

What about William Carvallo? Plays DM, and was a major contributor to Portugal wining the European Chapionship. Plays for Sporting Lisbon so probably not earning the highest wages currently.

02 Apr 2017 12:27:04
Probably me epping but he's got the build, just looks a bit slow and deliberate to me. I used to think he was the one, he wouldn't be my first choice now at all but I would take him at a good price. Not sure he will be cheap though.

Ed 02 is there a reason why we have let 8 players run down there contract to one year? Is it because we don't want them? cheers.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - Some will be getting toward the end of their Arsenal career, some will have a new contract offered and some are already under discussion.}

01 Apr 2017 07:39:02
I belive it is down to poor negotiations by the club. They have given extended deals to the likes of Mertesacker and Cazorla, who are ageing and have been injured. Yet, they have allowed Ozil and Sanchez's deal to run down. Wenger should have been forced to make a decision earlier and although he has been loyal to Arsenal, it would not have been unfair of the cub t demand a decision. My gut feeling is that Wenger is off to PSG and we will be left in the difficult position of hastily bringing in a new manager and backroom staff, as well as signing new players in a relatively short period.

01 Apr 2017 09:17:53
I admire your tenacity RG :-) much like your love of rotation rotation rotation earlier in the season your consistency in mentioning Arsene to PSG in each and every post and reply is impressive to say the least :-)
You don't fancy a game as DM tomorrow do you mate? :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Apr 2017 09:54:33
RG there is no way Wenger will do that if he loves the club as much as he says.

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Apr 2017 12:50:21
Gross negligence that's the only reason they let 8 contracts get down to final year. We have injured and geriatrics signing new contracts and star players running their contracts down and their value. Its a rediculous situation for a so called top club to be in.

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Apr 2017 13:09:55
Yep Steve agree . Arrogance in the fact that we assume people will just re sign or total stupidity?

Psg want him they play monaco later lose it the manager looks gone. Three year deal from psg they say all comes to a head tomorrow I believe at latest after the midweek game.

Agree0 Disagree0

01 Apr 2017 18:26:19
I am sure we don't purposely let contracts run till the last year to renew
Pretty sure we are smarter than that plus lots of uncertainty around club which will create delays in contract renewals.

Yes, also we must consider Allegri and Simeone. I would like a manger that shows passion on the touchline, as Wenger's habit of sitting down clutching his stomach, arguing with the or fiddling with his coat is irritating.

01 Apr 2017 08:29:55
I'd be very happy because whether he was a success or not at least we would be out of groundhog and moving forward again at last.
Who ever the next manager is there are no guarantees he will make us competitive but if he doesn't then the next manager after him will or the one after that, the most important thing is to accept change is needed if we ever hope to be competitive again.
How many more seasons can we go on doing exactly the same things before we end up so far behind Arsene starts telling us Europa league spot is a trophy.
