I really like Klopps handling of the Ox as he knows he is not a player who is naturally busting in self confidence and who takes his own every mistake to heart, time will tell his Liverpool career will pan out but in Klopp he has a manager who knows what's needed to give him the very best chance possible of being the best he can be.
