I may be stating the bleeding obvious but attitude is everything! If you take the top three ( positionally) managers in the Prem . I get the impression the players would knock down go over or under the proverbial wall for their managers! I would also include Ole in that bracket ( at the moment) . Sarri has lost his team . For me I can’t see that I’ll run through that wall from our players - not sure if we are still cozy or Emery not inspiring it! Our best player is either too ill or not in the country to even build a wall! All is not right but I am still behind Emery and prepared to give him time but he has to buy well and inspire most importantly COYG.

My biggest concern is what if he can't find, afford or persuade the players he wants to fit his system next summer, do we just carry on as we are with a system that doesn't suit the players we have?
Surely Arsenes downfall was his refusal to adapt to what wasn't working and change his philosophy in order to get the best out of what he had.
Emery has to be given this season but if next season he hasn't got the players to suit his system but continues to insist on it being followed then I wouldn't be against us parting company before 2020 arrives.
While this season is a bit of a freebie for him he should be held accountable from day one next season.
Either get the players you need to make your system work or change the system! It's not rocket science, it can't be Because even if can see it :-)
I really don't want another decade of watching an Arsenal manager stubbornly stick to a plan that doesn't work because he is fixated on making it work and being proven right to a doubting public no matter what the cost to the fans who have to watch it fail over and over again.
Stand and deliver Dick or saddle up Bess and be off with you within the next 10 months if you'd be so kind:-)

I get what your saying mate, Dick isn’t helping himself by totally ignoring our highest paid player, makes no sense, in saying that I stand by what I said, as long as we can’t manage players contracts and have the USA lot in charge we will always finish 5th or 6th no matter who is in charge

Too disjointed and that spreads to performances.
