If a tree falls in a forest and there's no one there to hear it does it still make a sound?
If a football match takes place and there's no one there to see it does the result still count?

Not that this matters gents (eds) , but I stand by your decision. It's disappointing, because as a Canadian fan, far removed from the game (if we were talking about ice hockey, I could give you guys some well-informed info) , I've very much enjoyed following your insider information for a few years. But working in a profession where good intentions are often met with abuse, I support your decision to stop feeding the mouth that bites.

Let's go all out for Hummels, class centre half and would definetly compliment Koscienly.

Get down to Argos boys for a bargain seat.
Heard that the ground will be quite empty this evening
I'm off to the match tonight and my friend and I just picked up 2 lovely sun loungers for £14.99 each to lay in and watch the game at the Emirates.
Bucket of sand scattered round the beds we will be sorted! 😂.

If we can put our bias to one side and put ourselves in the place of Kante and players like him who will be in big demand this summer with lots of options available to them what would make them chose Arsenal above
Spurs whether we like it or not are looking very good and likely to be stronger still next season under Poch
Gardiola to city is potentially an exciting prospect for most players.
Chelsea although poor this season have an excellent recent success record and are highly likely to bounce back next season so few will be put off by their blip season.
Liverpool who look to be at the start of new era under Klopp and could very well have some exciting times ahead in the very neat future.
How would you try to convince Kante or any other top player to chose us as thoier best option this summer?
What can we offer that atleast matches if not betters those listed above?

According to sources.
Supposedly Arsenal are interested in Mahrez and will be either offering Walcott or selling him?
Really!?
Tell me who isn't interested in Mahrez?
Here we go again!
Jeez are we going to be linked with every player on earth again for the next 4-5 months.
I need a break its been going on for the last
10 years.
Tooooooo much!

There's no way we'll go for Mahrez. But anyone in place of Walcott is an improvement.

have always been wenger in and stuck up for him but i have (like many) had enough of him.
for him a successful campaign is securing top 4 because he know his 8 million pound a year job is safe and he's keeping them upstairs happy

no matter how much me and loads of other fans want him out, he'll still be here next season and next season could be worse because city, chelsea and even liverpool will spend big and there's no reason why the likes of leicester and spurs won't be in the mix with the squads they have and we know there won;t be big money spent by us.

i really never wanted it to come to a point where fans are really turning on wenger but it's happening as each game passes.

Following a poor result, I like many fans, berate Wenger. Yes, he can be irritating, with his obstinancy and failure to change, but as we all know deep down, he will be almost impossible to replace. Failure for us this season will still be a top four place, the last 16 of the Champions League, FA Cup quarter finals and beating the Toot at WHL in the League Cup. Many teams would be happy with these achievements. Indeed this season we could finish above; Chelsea, Man City, Man U and Liverpool. I think the fans are unnerved by the fact that smaller teams such as Leicester, Tottenham, Watford and Sheffield Wednesday have finished above us or put us out of the domestic cups. I believe Wenger's sins are; Retaining the 3 older players who have been totally non-productive this season. Failure to sign 2 or 3 more players in the last two windows. Allowing certain players to become complacent and fail to show the necessary passion - such as Gibbs, Walcott, Ox, etc. Failure to have a balanced squad, with too creative attacking midfield players, often played out of their best positions, in order to include them in the team. Failure to sign a dominant, rapid centre back, a combative defensive midfield player and a world class striker. We have the funds available and must make the necessary signings. We need to sign at least 3 quality players this summer, if not 5, taking into account the likely departures of Debuchy, Arteta, Rosicky and the embarrassingly poor Flamini. There are also question marks over, Ox. Walcott and Gibbs.
Hopefully, we have enough in the tank to beat WBA, Norwich and Villa at home and pick up at least a couple of draws in the 2 remaining matches.
Now let's do our part as fans and get behind Wenger and the team tonight.
