Ozil is he as fantastic as people are talking about OR is he just a bit better than most being that most are probably average players anyway.
NOW! for example I would call Sanchez a fantastic footballer and if he doesn't play it makes me a bit panicky. If Ozil doesn't play
it's a bit of a disappointment but I'm not getting that worried. Hope you all get my point.

Bellerin isn't the finished article, but we've missed his pace in recovering in defence, and extra width threat in attack. Glad he's back. Maybe a game or two for him and Gab to settle in together but think it'll be fine until mustfi is back.
Great to see Le Coq still doing well, and adding some forward runs into the box to his game (without neglecting his primary job.
Can't wait for Danny to come back, not as Theo and Olly aren't doing good job this season, but to push them and mainly as his closing down will compliment Alexis' work rate.
Its really only that closing down, concentration and not taking things for granted that we need to tighten up on IMO.

Our main problem is our formation, and tactics are stale. every top team knows how we are going to play, that's why we come undone against teams with good managers.
Don't know why we keep with this formation. We should try 4-4-2 like leicester last season with sanchez and giroud up top.

The worst thing about our formation is we stick to it even when we don't have the players available to play it, Caz Mustafi and Welbeck would make even our predictable formation be a challenge for anyone, even with 1 of them missing it raises the question should we change what we do but when 3 are missing with no like for like replacement available it's crazy not to adjust how we play to compensate especially when playing away to top teams.

I think they have actually discussed that as a tactic for the new year. Although I have also heard wenger is getting a new velcro coat for xmas, so that could scupper that.

Well, it's okay to lose but not to lose like that especially when we've taken the lead. We have failed to keep clean sheets in our last 8 games and that is the underlying problem we have. It's quite understandable to have seen some decisions gone against but we can't be reliant on blaming the officials for losing games. This season as we all bear witness is a difficult one and some reason we seem to falter every season. We will have to work extremely hard if we want to win the league and even at that expect some miracle. Each player is responsible for the results the team gets. We can no longer afford any slip ups in this period. Personally I am tired on having to wait and miraculously expect top teams to drop points. This has been the case in the last decade and it makes us go round and round and round (a vicious cycle) .
-Start keeping clean sheets.
-play your game but stop being nice to opponents.
-hustle opponents off the ball and let the hardwork count. My advice to the team. Enough Is Enough!
