I do fear another hammering over two legs against barca. Yes we have cech but we don't defend that brilliantly as a team, we are not scoring and are very wasteful up top. We will get pushed back and on the break giroud ( whom I fear will play ) will not get us far enough up field. I suppose any team could get hammered by them but I just don't see the structure in our team to cause them too many worries. I do hope i'm wrong and I do hope we have all the luck going and beat them but my head says not a chance. I think fit and firing a front three of sancez walcott and welbeck with ozil providing the amunition would be a worry for them but i'm afraid the four of them at the moment aren't firing and wenger will not go with pace like that.

Tomorrow is just a game to be enjoyed IMO, if we hit our full stride we can give them a game and who knows if their not at their very best we might even get a result to take with us into the 2nd leg.
On the other hand if they find their very best form its going to be something special to see and a great opportunity for us have a go against the very best in the business, Shrewsbury fans won't be expecting to get through tonight against utd but they will just enjoy a special occasion and hope to cause an upset, we should do the same with Barcelona.

Gunner i don't think we have the team to defend and messi, neymar and suarezs eyes will light up facing the likes of mert and monreal. We will have not many outlets for the counter attack. I think we are getting players back at the right time for the rest of the season but they aren't up to this level by a distance. Four or five are still not match fit.

Steve few teams on the planet have a defence to cope with an on song Barcelona mate, look at Bayern Munich last season 5 0 wasn't it?
Monreal is as good as most left backs out there mate and Mertesacker? Well we've all been over his lack of this that and the other so many times it is what it is and there's no Gabriel chioce to even consider.
In some ways this is a no lose game for us because few really expect us to actually progress.

I don't think tomorrow will be mate, they are the very best there is but on our day when everyone is up for it 100% and fully focused we are a very good side especially when we're the underdogs.

Hey guys,
It going to be a good game tomorrow, few players were rested, I think we will have our backs to the wall and defend most of the game, but that's the only way to play them, if we give them any sort of space they will take advantage of it and they are very good at it.
But for sure it won't be walk in the park for them and I have that feeling we will turn up tomorrow with a good defensive performance.

Barcelona will more than likely win over two legs yes, But I don't think we will get hammering.

We always play better as underdog when there is no pressure on us. As great as their front 3 is they are also naturally vunrable at the back it just weather you get enough possession to create enough chances that is the problem when you face them getting the damn ball off them.

I can only hope is that we still in the tie after the first leg, 0-0 would be great result in the first leg really but unlikely. No pressure on the boys really just enjoy it and give I go. As we will no doubt surrender most of the possession we need to drop Giroud and go with full pace up front and live on the counter so Walcott and Wellbs should play in my book.

Gunner62 it has always been like that, but I have the feeling it's going to be us, let's hope I'm not wrong again. we thought we will get a hammering against bayren which we did at thier turf lol but we showed some nerves in the home game. And tomorrow we will show some character ask Brandon Roger after the game he will tell you ;-)
