Well done England and Sir Harry Kane

Gotta agree with Cesc

Harry Kane is 'ready to go to a big club'.

Funny but also true

😭😭😭

He's one of our own you know SY :-)

That's the best you lot can come up with now.
Kane is committed to his club not like your big players. Rvp. sanchez.
And I don't know what that cesc fella is on about. He knows nothing about commitment he jumped ship more times than anyone else.
Big big striker that Kane one of the best out there. Good luck to him a genuine bloke.

12 - you remember what a big club is? Right.

Your not that young are you?

24 Jun 2018 16:49:48
Speaking of jumping ship 12
Falco Di Maria Pogba all seemed happy to walk the plank rather than stay at United:-)

Leahy it really does show how far you’ve fallen as a club that you desperately come on here trying to blow our candle out to make yours shine brighter.

Yes your stuck with Mourinho but we simply can’t help you with that, now dry your eyes mate. 😉.

24 Jun 2018 17:58:13
Stoner having a go at kane shoes how far youve fell.
The boy is a good pro. And a good bloke by all accounts.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 17:59:26
I think it's the factor that Arsene has left that has blown 12 away, now United are the only premier league club going backwards and without us to take the pressure off them 12 knows how horrible next seasons scrutiny is going to be.
Champions league ridicule along with City wide ridicule as City and Pep continue to be all United want to be but are light years from being.

It's looking good for you 12 mate is it :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 18:01:04
Falco di maria just couldn't do it and didn't have the desire and heart to fight for the team or their place
Their better of at a club where they think they are superstars.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - Falcao was coming back from a terrible injury and simply wasn't ready.}

24 Jun 2018 18:38:54
Oh 12 :-) but they had the desire to make a quick get away though much like Ibra, some jump ship others are prepared to walk the plank but the end result is the same, all hands off deck on the sad ship Man United.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 18:46:55
Ibra stayed a year too much.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 18:46:15
Falco i'd agree with you there ed, good player and got on with it after that bad injury.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - he was the best striker in the world at the point he got that injury. Such a shame for football.}

24 Jun 2018 19:29:29
Where was I having a go at Kane leahy, he’s a top striker who I’d love at Arsenal, absolutely smashed both penalties and current top scorer in the World Cup mate.

I simply commented on your continued desire to try and put down Arsenal whilst supporting the worst BIG club in world football mate who’ve spent the yearly income of some small countries to be that bad.

You really need to get over it. 😉.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 19:32:58
I think ibra would say a year and a half too long and Pogba 2 years mate:-)
It's a shame to see really good players swapping their football careers purely for the extra millions on top of a few less millions and a decent brand of football they could have elsewhere.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 20:10:53
True gunner or if they want to take it easy and have a rest they could sign for arsenal.
A good brand of football on a Thursday night😀
4th place was your trophy now that's gone. Dick is in for one rough ride.

12 we were ever so much like that my friend, we have turned the page while you are only half way through chapter one mate.
Who would have believed back in 2004 when against Leicester Arsene lead us to become the invincibles that we would never win another title under his management?
Equally who would have believed when Fergie left United would simply revert back to what they were before he arrived? What was it 20 how many years without a tile before Fergie did it? Only another 20 odd to go now mate before another Fergie turns up :-)

Leahy12 I see Ronaldo was happy to stay 😂😂.

If you are Ibra with an acl injury and an option to renew for another year you renew the deal don't you.

Agree0 Disagree0

25 Jun 2018 07:44:11
I think United are proof that money can get many players to sign for you but it's a manager who gets a player to play for you.

I certainly wasn't in favour of Gareth Southgate getting the job when it happend but the bloke ain't put a foot wrong so far, in fact he's done a really good job so far.

Got to agree and when the team was picked it was incredibly underwhelming, but they've already shown so much more desire and been easier to get behind than the golden generation ever was!

Not Arsenal related but need help and thought this was best place to ask.

Anyone know of a good website for streaming football matches that works on iPhones?

Currently in rural New Zealand and got no other device available other than an iPhone. Desperate to watch England game, any good suggestions?

Delete if not appropriate Ed, thanks.

VAR has its critics and it certainly isn't perfect yet but one thing it has achieved is to reduce the amount of shirt pulling pushing and holding in the box, the amount of penalties being awarded has cleaned up that part of the game dramatically.
In just one week it's almost irradiated a problem that's been getting worse and worse for years.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

24 Jun 2018 09:00:49
Really. Seen loads of shirt pulling. It seems var will be used to find fifa the winner they want. It's a bit of a joke. They should give mangers to reviews like in cricket.

I was watching the Germany Sweden game last night and noticed a dramatic reduction, yes there have been inconsistencies but on the whole I think VAR has been a huge success in this area.
If they stick with it we will see more goals from corners and free kicks and lass and less penalties as players and managers get the message that the holding pushing and shoving will no longer be accepted as part of the game.
Bring back the tough tackling that lead to the game being described as a man's game and do away with the hand holding, cuddling and amateur dramatics where players hold their faces when they've been touched on the shoulder.
VAR is a real opportunity to do away with all the things that have blighted football for years like diving etc and get back to the days when keepers were the only ones who used their hands.

I think it's a great thing, but there's such a lack of consistency. The Mexican penalty wasnt referred to VAR and I thought it was very harsh, the Korean had gone to ground with his arm raised before the Mexican kicked it, surely ball to hand.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 11:17:43
It's not perfect yet Eden mate and I don't suppose it ever will be but if it puts an end to diving holding shirt pulling and trying to control the ref into sending oppenents off unfairly it's got to be good for the game. Stop the cheating and gamesmanship and let the football be the deciding factor rather than the acting and wrestling, I'm not sure how that can be a bad thing.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 11:32:18
Sweden had a clear penalty.
Where was var, mitrovic the night before. ove seen loads of incidents.
Var is a joke.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 13:10:15
Kane was again pin downed at the first corner - var hasn’t stopped it nor have the refs. The REFs need to step up and VAR helps them. VAR isn't to replace the ref.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 13:13:03
I can fully understand why you would be against anything that stopped the holding and diving 12 mate;-)
Anything that favours footballing teams is simply not in Uniteds interst is mate :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 16:22:43
That’s a great point 62 and how can a ref keep up with 11 united players in the box defending -.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 17:01:51
Upstairs, downstairs, tickets please! the fa are thinking of sending a conductor to old Trafford next season rather than a ref and installing 10 mph speed cameras rather than VAR.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jun 2018 17:39:29
Has anyone been carded for going down like they've been shot yet? I hope it's used for that too and cuts the stuff out football used to be mocked for.

24 Jun 2018 19:58:49
May be transport for a London will get nvolved rather than VAR to sort out the congestion in Utd’s penalty box.

Still not sure where anyone is having a pop at Sir Harry Kane. Sure is not me. Pretty sure every gooner believes he’s top drawer. They just question how long he will hang out at the lane as every year their is a wasted opportunity fir medals. Surely if he’s ambitious he wants medals and ambition.

To answer your question - yes that’s why Cesc, Clichy etc left and RVP left for medals in the old Utd era. God knows why Sanchez w3nt there or should I say his bank manager.

We are both fallen giants and to be fair - Utd had further to fall bu5 at least we know that and want change to drive cups / medals in a few years time.
