And then there were two!
Spurs end Chelsea's unbeaten start to the season and draw another line in the top 4 sand.
We have to win tomorrow to put distance between us Everton United and Bournemouth of course and stay with the top 4 pack.

Too true gunner, a win is the only outcome that will satisfy.

A win keeps us in touch with the best Steve while anything else puts us in the best of the rest category mate.
It's tough at the top, and this season more than ever, just look at Chelsea just 1 defeat all season and if we win tomorrow they will be looking over their shoulders and feeling 4th place vulnerable.
Champions league qualification doesn't get any tougher than this premier league season.

We desperately need a win today in order to keep in touch with the top four. We have a tough couple of PL fixtures to follow,
As we edge towards the halfway stage we clearly need reinforcements in the January window. We need to replace injured Welbeck and other deficiencies will have become clear to Emery. The 3 in Emery's favoured 4-2-3-1 is simply not good enough and is unbalanced whatever selection is chosen. Assuming Ozil fills the centre role, the right of the 3 is for me the weakest position, with none of the options convincing. Left back has also been problematic, although this may be addressed in the summer, when I believe Monreal's deal expires.
The defence still isn't up to scratch, with Holding and Sokratis our best pairing. Mustafi still fails to convince, Koscielny's days are numbereday 33 and returning from a serious injury. By next season we will probably require a RB to replace Lichtsteiner, a left back to replace Monreal. At CB, we will possibly retain Holding, Sokratis and Mavrapanos, so a 4th CB may be signed, with Mustafi, Koscileny and Chambers allowed to move on. So in January a couple of signings look on the cards, The rest will be done be done in the summer.
