I think we need a clearout next season especially our defence. i would let ospina, jenkinson, debuchy, gabriel, chambers, mertesacker, monreal go that leaves kosc mustafi bellerin holding gibbs as potential first teamers.

I would bring in joe hart and luke shaw at left back and bring in either another centre back or promote bielek to the first team and use le coq as emergency right back.

In midfield iwobi and adelaide go on loan. ramsey and cazorla leave and we are left with xhaka, ozil, ox, elneny, wilshere.

On the flanks and upfront i think sanchez will go. get rid of giroud, sanogo. keep welbeck, walcott and perez and get an out and out goalscorer. use the money we get from sanchez.

Walcott over giroud any day of the week. he can play on the flanks or upfront can score and has pace. welbeck is a better option than giroud. more powerful and pace. arsenal play better when playing with pace. with giroud its too slow tippy tappy hold the ball i'm your buddy chuckle brother to me to you football.

That's quite the clearout. Don't think any team has ever won the Prem or even made top three with such a light squad. And large parts of it make no sense, like letting Santi go? - Might be out injured for now but the last two years have shown us he's probably our most missed player after Koscielny. Speaking of missed players - I think we'll miss Nacho once he's gone more than many fans currently anticipate.

I don't think its just a case of letting players go, its how to re-allocate the funds into players who can come in and make more of an impact. So for example, i would be happy for Walcott, Ozil and Campbell to be sold only if the resulting cash was put into signing a very top end striker (such as Aubameyang, Lukaku, Lacazette or Morata) . I would also be happy to lose a couple of midfielders who don't offer anything different from each other (say Wilshire and Coq) to bring in a more physical defensive midfielder (like an N'Zonzi at Seville) . That way we start to build a core to the team (Oh and add a taller CD, such as Van Dirjk who we pay for by selling Gabriel, Chambers and Debuchy to name but a few)

{Ed002's Note - Not really how the business works.}

It's like making a perfect pasta sauce, you can add all the right ingredients but the timing and mix have to be just right. And one strong ingredient can spoil the brew. Wenger has been a bit off in his recipe the last few years, even though he has fine ingredients.

Well R.G. who needs songs of praise or ski Sunday to relax on a Sunday afternoon when you can watch good old Tottenham Hotspur. You said harry Kane doesn't score goals is like saying the raver doesn't drink or take drugs lol, I got a late night function to attend to later tonight in leafy Brixton so I'm going to line my stomach with a good old Mr. Kipling cake, as the ravers having an exceedingly good day beep R.G.

Well done raver, you managed 3 points at home to Stoke, something that we also managed. Please don't misquote me, as I never stated that Kane didn't score goals. I suppose when the last time you won the league was, yes in 1961, a home win against Stoke, means it's time for raver to light up a spliff and down a babycham.

Agree dags Harry Kane is so good he can stick a ball in either net, that's his 3rd hat trick in 2017 already and you would love to have a player like that. Also R.G. we just keep winning and are Chelsea's only threat to the league title at the end of the day nobody sees you as a challenger any more.

Steve I honestly think if Chelsea go awol it's Tottenham's as city are up and down, Utd are still in transition but will win the league next year. Liverpool brilliant one week and poor the next and you boys go missing in all the big games. We have the best defence in the league and have lost the same amount of games as Chelsea . You know I'm the most honest man on all banter sites, Pinocchio has nothing on the raver.

Raver you are getting all excited like last year, nothing has changed with either teams, both as fragile as looky looky rolex watches from teneriffe.
