So what do people think about reine Adelaide leaving. What went wrong with him. Did we overhype him. Looked so good when he joined but never seemed to get a run in the team. Perhaps never deserved a run.

We have had so many players who never delivered on the potential we paid for which has to be at least 50% down to something we've been getting wrong, hopefully Dick and co will change that trend for the better.
Joel Campbell could have been so much more than he was able to be at Arsenal and come to that so too Ox Theo and Jack.

I rate him highly. Think will do well in France probably end up at Lyon or Marseille.

In the latter half of Wenger's reign, very few players improved under him and many went backwards. It will be interesting to see how things change under Emery.

Arsene was the problem but we and everyone else made him the problem.
Arsene Wenger is in no way a bad egg he just had too much power for one man to handle and because we all thought the world of him we were happy with than until it started to go wrong.
Arsene simply fell of the pedestal we the club the media and most of football put him on at his ultra brilliant hight.
We all have to learn from where it went wrong with Arsene and make sure we never again become so dependant on one man getting everything right every time.
Dick has a team plus apparently even Steve Bould speaks now days and that's how it should be and should always have been.

Anyone else beginning to feel stuck with Aaron now?
If he was fully committed and signed a new deal ages ago I would have put him in the fresh start under Dick category like everyone else but now I'm seems he's trying to hold the club to ransom and I'd rather he went.
If he won't leave then exclude him from first team activities and let him spend his final season training well away from those who want to be here, but it's best for everyone that he finds a new club in my opinion we've had enough of players trying to fleece the club for more than they are worth.

I think it's going to be a case of club trying not to disrupt the energy in the camp that will see us rather sell him in January.
It'll also the scout ample time to scout high quality replacement. He will be given up till November.
But Emery needs to warn him about his positionING, discipline and responsibilities.

He either is stopping or going, there can't be another scenario in the new arsenal set up. We have to be more positive and less flakey.
