Completely agree mate. Few signings in January and a title challenge isn't out of the question.

True, although aside from a striker I would be surprised if we sign anyone in January.

We've got Podolski and the Ox coming back, our midfield is packed, we've two solid options on both wing backs, maybe we could do with a defender and I would like to see one come in, but we may find that we go with Kos, Verm, Mert and Sagna until next summer.

Rami is the obvious choice as Valencia need the cash as for the striking position that's a hard 1 mayb michu if he's under 15mil

I'm starting to get that warm feeling about this team Malaga. But it shows what a top signing does the whole team looks sharper & more solid all round. Flamini has turned into a really good signing for us he's allowing players in front & behind play better. Title year. maybe guys. Oh & what a game from Gnarby

Anyone else noticed the stats! We are having far less possession than we have over the last few seasons per game but getting better results.

Its a funny old game init!

G62, you are right. we seem to be taking our chances more than before and we are playing a little more direct than usual. i'm loving it

It's because we now have far more effective possession than previous seasons & we are confident enough to allow the opposition to have the ball

Hi Ed would it be possible to have re poll on where we will finish please? I can't remember what date we last voted but I think It was pre season? Any way I voted 4th I think may have even been 5th but I am slightly, a lot, ever so much, far more, optimistic now than I was then. {Ed027's Note - too soon IMO ill do it in a moth or so

People will obviously be talking about Ramsey scoring again. But gnabry scoring is amazing for him, after his penalty miss against WBA he really needed that goal. Well done to him and all the boys!

Walcotts got a job on his hands getting back in this team.

Ain't that great news Akie :-) if all players who are out struggle to get back in regardless if the have been injured suspended or loss of form that has to be good news for the team long term

Well done boys - poor first half in terms of creativity but a strong second alf in terms of attack and defence

Spurs v Chelsea good result for us today . could only have been bettered if the score had of been 0-0.
But anyway if we can get a decent result today that will put us 2 points clear and going in the right direction. I think we need to be in a pretty strong place this month and start pulling away as our fixturesin November and December look like they could be pretty tough.

It does not matter, they both scored and conceded one.
It does means little in terms of goal difference

Matters in total goals scored. only reason we were above spurs in the table was because we had more goals scored than they did, even though we were level on points.
