Top top performance.

Mustafi and Xhaka have steadied the ship.

Take a bow Walcott and Sanchez.

Happy days, happy Dags.

Just a question if anyone can answer.

Arsenal were in their away kit tonight, which is yellow. Basel were in their away kit, which is white.

Where is the kit clash that Sky are talking about? I mean, Red is very, very different to White, no?

I am a little bit confused, I won't lie.

They said that UEFA decided that Arsenals red and white clashed to much with both of Basels home and away kits, the blue and red and the white they wore last night.

They don't have a 3rd kit so said Arsenal had to wear the yellow.

Absolutely - looking forward to the next game.

We are far more fun to watch now and the partnerships are strong all over the pitch.

Job done great first half. Only disappointment was score but that didn't matter a jot in the end for tonight.

Good morning Gooners!

Great to hear that Ozil has signed a new contract with us and we now have a proper number 10!

Also read - Spanish paper El Confidencial claim the Gunners tabled a £51.8m bid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in January.

If true - it's good to see we put a decent offer in and tried to address weaknesses. Clearly Wenger sees them but not always easy on a budget to resolve them.

Looks like his chats with Theo are paying off and clearly he inspired Ozil to sort his sh£t out. Wenger gets stick because he's not a detailed tactician like say Jose but he still brings plenty to the table and seems to be a good player manager but probably relies a little on player intelligence which when your team is young and inexperienced causes you a few challenges. Hopefully his team if leaders will lead us to glory!

Actually pumped up about the season - still reliant on injuries and Perez but for the first time in a long time I actually am excited about our great team.

Our opponents - City, Pool and Spurs are all strong but all have weaknesses. Bring them on and let's see what we've got!

Nice post mate, just taking it game by game, was good to read Theo's words, he's kind of finally grown up.

Clearly not getting carried away because we all have those t shirts.

Agree stoner, the feelgood factor is good at the moment, we do have a run of winnable games and if we do win them expectations will go through the roof. Its the business end of things that are the problems and dealing with pressures and over confidence, things that will really test us, that we haven't answered yet. But its more pleasurable to watch at the moment.

On the plus side, at least Sam Allardyce can say he has the all time best win ratio of any England Manager.

Go Sam :-)
