Advice please. We live in Cornwall and my son is a mad Gunners fan and I want to treat him to the home fixture against Cardiff Jan 1st. Can anyone confirm if I buy the red member lite membership that its a one off payment? Also if I purchase it, the chances of obtaining match tickets? Lots of questions I know, because I was going to go through 1st for football tickets (extortionate!) End of the day will have to pay whatever the price is. His mother suffering from cancer & want to put smile on his face. Really appreciate any help. Thank you

Great to hear another fan wanting to watch a game. In answer to your first question yes he can go and see a match on a Lite membership but he can only purchase 1 ticket on that membership so if yourself wanted to go as well you would have to buy a membership if you haven't already. In answer too your second one about availability, yes they will be available but it's whether you get them in time, they go on sale to red members on 2nd December at 10.00am so you may want to be on there at 10 to make sure you get the tickets, with our team playing the way they are it is getting harder to buy the tickets. I hope this helps, any other questions you know where to ask them :)

Hi my
Please try all the normal channel's but if your not successful at a price you can afford then please get back to us all ASAP.
I'm sure between us all and maybe the Ed's who might have contacts who could help we can get you and your boy to that game.
Its nearly Christmas and the time of year special things happen for kids and in the grand scheme of things it doesn't seem impossible by a long shot

No good team can function without good PR
For us, that PR was not public relations, it was Pat Rice
Pat is a fighter, and he will come out of this stronger
We love you buddy, fight the good fight.
Come on you all-time Gunner!

Hi Ed, s we are a 3 rd of the way through the season, is there any chance of that revised poll of where we will finish this season please?
I don't think too many of us expected this start so it would be good to see what the majority of us think now apposed to how we felt back in August .

I do believe we are the only team in top 6 who are playing saturday.
We have to go out there and smash all 3 points to really lay down our marker.
let's turn in the performance of our season, bang a hatful of goals, keep a clean shirt and dedicate it to the courage of PAT RICE, LEGEND.
(But if we win 1-0 that's still great Arsene) lol

Wanted to express my best wishes for Pat Rice. I pray for your speedy recovery and hope to see you back at the Emirates ASAP
George Graham nicknamed Tony Adams "Mr Arsenal". Pat is the person who really deserves that salutation though. He's one of the truest Gooners imaginable and most of all is a true gentleman of football
Praying for you Pat, get well soon

Heard the new about Pat Rice and for me has brought back a lot of awful memories seeing what my dad had to battle through. That was a battle just to much for him but I am sending all my prayers Pat Rice that you can win this one. True Gooner Legend and a True Gentleman. Get well soon Pat.

Its a disease which has no allegiance. so should we. as we support a man who is fighting for his life, and the many others who have to deal with this tragedy. would not wish it on my worst enemy.
sucks a cure for this is still not in the pipeline.

To Pat Rice.
If you ever read this site or get to hear about it we don't know. But I'm positive that every Arsenal fan on here wants to send you all our best wishes and wish you a speedy recovery.
Those of us that had the good fortune of seeing you play mate will know that in your playing career we have seen you make loads of crunching tackles. This is another one of those tackles that I'm sure you will go in for and win.
Looking forward to seeing you holding up the Premier League Trophy and Champions League Trophy for us mate. Good Luck from us all.
