At the end of the day it's all about goals and Utd scored 3 compared to our 1 so fully deserve their 3pts.

Absolutely no excuses but there are reasons to not get to down hearted, we have seen many many worse days against Utd and incalculable amounts of : no show days " from our players against top teams and others too but today wasn't one of those days so disappointed by the result but not with the effort and for me that's a real step forward from this team.

Thought you were I crei my hard done by, you should have had a pen and I hope pogba gets a lengthy ban for what he did but as you said it’s about putting the ball on the net and you’d couldn’t do hat. I’ve said for years that without De Gea United would be far worse off. Some days it just doesn’t go in and as you said positives were apparent.

If they show effort passion pride i'm with them all the way Ed033 mate, I can take defeat just not the no show no effort no passion days that this team has become associated with too often in the past.
I have been impressed by their response to the city defeat and I'm hoping to see the same again after today.

You have plenty of cash reserves and if I were an Arsenal fan I would be expectant and excited about the future. No one has the right to demand their team wins every or any one game, their ate just too many variables in football but effort passion commitment should be a prerequisite and I will never put the team down when they give those.

We were unlucky with our chances and De Gea was superb tonight. In another day maybe we could have scored 5.
However I liked the players passion and commitment.
Home run had to end and who else but united to ruin the party once again lol.
Great football game to watch tho.

Gunner62 I absolutely agree, if I have to watch Arsenal loose the game I would like to see it in the same way as today. No one can question commitment or passion of guys. they gave everything on the pitch, as you said disappointed only with result.

eds forget the cash reserves stan needs them and replacing ozil sanchez who are off to house hunt in Manchester is tough ask.

{Ed0333's Note - it was a humdinger. I normally never watch UTD play unless they play Liverpool but I’m glad I got to witness that game. It truly was a great. Arsenal versus De Gea. Super spectacle.

Absolutely desperate start, with two gifted goals. Can someone please tell Wenger that against United you sit deep to start, with three CBand the WB's forming a back five, protected by two DM's in order to deny United space in behind the defence.
Replacing Mustafi with Iwobi is suicidal and moving Monreal into the middle! Monreal is found out at this level, whereas against poorer opponents he is almost a spare CB.
I can't see us getting anything out of this one, hopefully I am wrong.
