Dick won't be happy to leave old Trafford with a point he's 100% a 3 point a game man.
Personally I would be happy to come away with our unbeaten record intact but then again I like most of us still carry the scars from years of disappointing memories at the hands of Jose and United, but Dick doesn't and that's our biggest asset.
The players won't go to old Trafford this time beaten before we get there as in days gone by because with our new manager comes a new mentality that doesn't carry any scars of the past.
Some of us fans just need a bit more time to catch up with where Dick has got the players at already under Emery mentally.

We should have Kos and Nacho back soon, this can only help us

I’d love 3 points at OT if only to increase the gap between us and the Mancs.

Me too Banbury winning at Old Trafford would be as good as winning absolutely anywhere on earth but I'm still nervous about it happening.
Luckily I don't think Dick is nervous about it happening at all, he expects his players to give thier all stick to his plan and he expects them to deliver 3pts in doing so.

G62, four games from this season stand out to me, Liverpool (draw) spurs (win) man city (awful) wolves (awful) .

We've played brilliant in the two former games, if we play like that against United we can beat them easily.

I loved Wenger was gutted when he decided to leave, but, and a big but it's got better all over the pitch since he left.

Hi MgM mate i know it's taking some a lot more time to move on from Arsene than others and there is no right or wrong it's just personal feelings for each of us.
After the game I read a post on the bbc from an Arsenal fan who said " Emery's Arsenal could only beat Spurs 4 2 while Arsenes Arsenal beat Spurs 5 2, twice!
I guess some people are going to need a lot lot longer than others to adjust.
For me in remember Arsene at his best and chose to let the not so good times go, for me he will always be our greatest ever manager but I'm extremely pleased change is here at last.
New beginnings fantastic memories and to me it's all very very good.

Utd are playing like donkeys at the moment but a draw at old T will be great. A win will just confirm our improvement.

Three at the back suits us but Dick obviously coaching them how to change as well, mighty impressed with him.

To be fair, they scored from two set pieces and did little else and the funniest thing was seeing Sokratis out sprint Harry Kane who was poor as all game.

Sano, spuds were way off it really. I will go as far as to say it was a right thumping, really. Spuds fed off the crumbs we gave them.

Here’s another, I think, little known fact, I’ve just read Ed01 say on the United page that until recently Torriera was a tricky little winger!

MOTM accordingly to Sky, I’ve been a little cautious with Emery but he is definitely winning me over.

I’m loving that the whole bench is so hyper during games, players and coaches out of their seats.

It really is a breath of fresh air having Emery here.

Totally agree Stoner, its a real pleasure watching it all at the moment. And Dick not frightened to stamp his authority.

For Dick Arsenal come first second and third in order of importance, individual players interests come a very poor 5th behind the fans in 4th place.
He seems like a really nice bloke but he didn't join Arsenal to please everyone and keep everyone happy all the time he came to make Arsenal football club competive again.
Pea Lacasette Ozil Cech none of them are bigger than the club or immune from being left out for the good of the team under Dicks, he doesn't have favourites he simply does what he thinks will most likely deliver 3pts for Arsenal football club.
In 4 short months under Emery we now have a plan A and B that are both working and he also takes into account the opposing teams strengths and weaknesses when deciding who starts and how we play in each individual match.
Yup Dick Emery maybe awful in some people's opinions but I LIKE HIM :-)

Hi stoner! Your same as me mate. I am so well schooled in not expecting to much from Arsenal, even from strong positions so I have tried to be cool on Emery for now. But I have been rapidly growing into thinking he’s going to take us further, a lot further than wenger would have done. We just needed a change and we have thankfully not got a turnip (or 3) after a legend like united have with there post SAF flings on. I know you as I, had ultimate respect for wenger and I agree with most of what you say mate. You make me chuckle because like me you hate united the most and see spuds as totally irrelevant 😂 you do the united bashing so I don’t have to. I think though mate we really can be a little excited now! Just a little though. I think we will see some quality signings under Emery because he will identify and strengthen positions after position. A wave today. United Wednesday then we can start really getting our hopes up. As Shizxke as united are it’s always a good sign to go to Old Trafford and win.

Totally Browgun, we’ve gone through the motions for so long as a club it’s been a long road.

Now it’s trying to stay planted and take each game at a time, I had no expectations today and was pleasantly surprised, long may that continue mate.

Spot on about United too, 😂 how they’ve made such a horses arse out of is anyone’s guess but thankfully they have and long may that continue. 😉

There’s without doubt a lot of plus’s, all of which I love but Wednesday is another big one no matter how poor they’ve been and one Wenger would mess up, bless him.

Interesting line up today. I think it indicates the inevitable sale of Ozil and Ramsay in January. If neither are preferred for a game like this, it begs the question what games they are first choices for. Do we look better with both Laca and Pea? Thoughts anyone?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

02 Dec 2018 13:47:07
Like to see both on the pitch as Laca creates space for others with his movement. Think PEA benefits from that. Both in starting 11 and both through the middle - 4 4 2 or 3 5 2 or 3 4 1 2.

What Class from Watford fans and the Leicester city chairman yesterday.
The Watford fans raised money between them for two banners as a tribute to the victims of the tragic Helicopter crash to display at yesterdays game and as a gesture of appreciation for their brilliant tribute the Leicester chairman gave the Watford fans free food and drink.
Football gets a very bad press at times for greed and selfishness but this story shows the sport at its very best light.
Pure class from all involved from both clubs.

{Ed001's Note - it was excellent mate. Nice to know some owners have class.}
