Yes just came on to say the same. I hear spurs filled 85,000 and then failed to actually show up to play. Classic, not been so amused since Newcastle hammered you 5-1 last year.

I fully agree with you boys, we are awful and couldn't score in a brothel. We get the biggest crowd in English football ever and they always leave you down. I'm going on Sunday and i think you will run riot, I'm so glad the international break is coming.

Oh dear Raver! 2 defeats at Wembley in front of 85,000, how embarrassing. Your summer signings were poor; Janssen is a Championship player, Sissoko is a £30m joke and Wanyama is a decent PL player who is found out in the CL. Pochettino is finding out how hard it is to play PL and CL football, playing his pressing game, which this season is clearly much harder, hence the fatigue and injuries. Your bench looked weak, with a few injuries to crucial players. You miss Kane, Alderweireld and Rose. I don't think Sunday will be a walk in the park, as it's a deby and form etc goes out the window. I believe you will have the 3 players I mentioned back and it will be a tough match. It is essential for the Toot to get a result as being 5 or 6 points off the consistent top clubs is quite a hill to climb. CL qualification is looking difficult now and you are already out the FA Cup. The pain at the lane and wembley goes on.

Big game for both Teams Sunday Raver mate but for you boys its become even more massive than usual, Porch and your young team are under pressure like never before from the media and fans a like and victory for you boys at the Emirates would be the perfect tonic to relaunch your faltering season but equally defeat would intensify everything like never before.
I can see a repeat of the Chelsea scenario if you boys aren't careful on Sunday where it all becomes to much for your young squad to handle, for our part we have to make sure we don't get dragged into a slugging match and concentrate 100% on what we do best, playing football.
If selected Arsene will need to have strong calming words with Le Coq Xhaka and Ramsey before they go out because a free for all where passion takes over both sides will only suit Spurs making the outcome 50/ 50.
Its the biggest game in Pochs Spurs career so far imo mate.

Raver - Out of the League Cup, not the FA Cup, that happens in January!

4 goals in his last 2 CL games for Özil, 3 in the 22 prior. Sanchez has 7 in his, or had, last 9 games assuming it isn't 10 games now. 4 in 3 for Giroud and Walcott already has 7? this season? Crazy.

Just waiting for Perez to get going now!

Those 4 were against Ludogorets, hardly the average CL team.

In the last 16 as per usual but with two games to spare which is very unusual for us, if we beat PSG we win the group with a game to spare too, unchartered territory in recent season's for us.
So far this season is proving anything but a typical Arsenal season both in Europe and at home especially after not only beating Chelsea but beating them convincingly.
Obviously if you want to pick over things with a fine tooth comb there are concerns here and there but it's difficult not to be extremely optimistic about our chances of actually being in the mix for more than the 4th place trophy this time round.

I think more than ever it's a game at a time 62, so far so good but such a long way to go.

We've started November with a win, we need to keep that going. It was great to see Ozil giving the team stick when we went 2 down, I think it's not just his game that's improving but his leadership or will to succeed, which ever way you look at it. He finally looks at home in the Premiership.

Yes people are concerned about either Gibbs or Monreal, I still really like Monreal, but if that be most of us biggest concern it's no different to the other contenders and their weaker area's.

Yes we'd love an Aguero but it's not happening and if the team as a whole get the goals will it ultimately matter.

There are 5 clubs as pretty good contenders, City with Pep, the Spuds with Pochettino along with Liverpool and Chelsea, neither of whom have to worry about European football and of course us.

It's going to make for a great season, let's keep feet on the ground and doing what we're doing. Apparently we've already beaten 4 teams this season we lost to last season.

Things are going ok at the moment, we have just come out of a run of very winnable games and won most and drew one, so that was ok. November is the first real test of a number to come. Like red says one game at a time. I thought last night there was a few old wenger failings still lurking, trying to shoehorn players in unfamiliar roles, making too many changes all at once, playing the wrong tactics and resting too many players. We got away with it last night and that was fine but there is always that disaster lurking to derail us, we were two sloppy goals against and a few minutes from that last night. We are still intact and we will now be tested further, let's get november sorted as the first test. Will we still be level at the top of the prem and will we have won our CL group. Will wenger get his first proper win against maureen, that is massive.

Hello everyone not been around lately. Hope everyone is well.
Even at 2-0 down I knew we would pull it back last night. We seem to have got back into the swing of things at last.
The team looks strong now and a good choice of players to pick from for once! .
I cannot see there being any hope of Wilshire coming back whatsoever and to be honest on a personal note I couldn't be more happy. I find him a complete waste of space. In fact I found myself rewinding Match of the Day on a few occasions just to see if he was on the team sheet for Bournemouth as he is unoticeable on the pitch. Probably the best bit of business Arsenal have done for years.
Sanchez is a class class act this season maybe that is our weakness we rely on him so much now.
Anyhow how hope everyone a good and you too me old mate Ed 25 how's Dubai still doing the shops? 😂😂.

Believable0 Unbelievable3

{Ed001's Note - it is me that was in Dubai mate! Ed025 is still in blighty. And no, not doing any shops at the moment as I am spending a few months visiting my parents in Spain. They live in the middle of nowhere in Andalusia, it is what could be called desolate. When you drive anywhere it has the feel of a post-apocalyptic wasteland, with battered old cars and rundown roads everywhere. I keep expecting to see a Mad Max-style group of cars appearing behind....}

You sure you're not just up North Ed?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - no, there are no footie teams here looking to win trophies, just ones aiming to qualify for Europe. No one speaking English either, apart from a small enclave of English people. Perhaps it is Southern England rather than Southern Europe? ;-) }

02 Nov 2016 11:26:50
Not hard to come from 2 goals down against ludogrets, if it was against any top side it would have been game over.

Good one ed :) , I'm hoping there will be some trophies in Southern England this season - and no raver, not for Sp*rs.

{Ed001's Note - it is certainly the best chance Arsenal have had for a while.}
