Can I just say a big thank you to all the Liverpool supporters who come on here to say "Thank You".

Top of the table, riding the crest of a wave, playing great football, scoring for fun, but they still take the time to pop over and say thank you.

Just nipped on to thank you guy's for your support over the past few month's
I said a while ago if we could not win it, and at the time I did not think we could, I wished that you guy's could.
Your result yesterday has certainly opened it up for us and left destiny in our own hands.
So to Dags, G62, Jenny and the rest of you.

I'm genuinely excited for you all, you too have been great all season. I wish we had been able to hang in there and take it to the death.

Watched the game today and for the obvious reasons it was a pleasure.

So for yourself, Tommy, Sizemick (who is incredibly polite), Simonpw, Ken, Kens pants and the rest I hope it's you that take the title.

I wonder if this Mascherano to Napoli has any legs to it. if he is for sale, I don't see why we should not consider him to add to our depth.

To be honest I think Flamini would be the depth for a Bender or Gundogan.

If we get a new CDM that is.

mascherano is more versatile, that he can play CB and CDM

obviously this ain't happening, just wondering if he is actually on the market, more than arsenal going for him.

Apparently Arsene is totally undecided on a new contract, for me that means he has had enough but is struggling with ending his love affair with us.
My preference would be he stayed and spent the money available on 4 or 5 top players but sadly I don't think its possible to have both things together.

I have heard different, I think he will sign a new deal but only a short term one

A big part of me wants you to be right Banbury, if he spends the money he has created I think the fans swingometer would certainly swing back in his favour.
Quality signings and Arsene would make the vast majority of us happy I think

G62 Why do you think he'll spend big?
He had the chance to spend in January and boost our title chance but he chose not to. He decided to stick with Giroud. As much as I love Arsene, he needs to go. He doesn't deserve to be booed and insulted as he has done wonders at our club. I want him to go as a legend not as someone everybody got sick off.
Season is almost over, this is not the time to boo and jeer, let's get behind the team and win that fa cup.
Have to say, big shout out to the home support last night, you were amazing.

I'm not saying he will spend big or that he will stay even, but if Banbury is right and he is staying I would be happy with that as long he spent the money and bought quality players with it.
1st choice Arsene to buy big

Did he really? You can only spend big on players equipped for the CL all those players were still in that comp, there are hardly any players available in January, I think you are being harsh matey
January prices are even more inflated than the Summer so I can understand why AW wouldn't want to ne stitched up

It was last summer when he should've strengthened.

I'm with G62, no problem with AW staying, as long as he actually invests in some quality players and learns from some the same mistakes made this season.

If not, bring someone in who will do that.

Being a Liverpool fan it may not be my place to comment but I think Arsene still has unfinished business.
He's won everything domestically and built "The Invincibles" - which to me is still under appreciated by the wider footballing community.
His next project was to keep the club competitive (top 4) whilst the stadium was being built which is his legacy.
Now I think he wants the Champions league as well as winning domestically again.
He's a class act, you all know that deep down, he's just a bit frustrating. I hope he stays on longer, I think he deserves more success.

At this stage, who do you honestly feel will win this thing?

I feel you have to beat both Chelsea and City to win it, City especially.

Hi Molby, with both city and Chelski to play at home I don't see why not mate, as long as you play your own game and don't get involved in the horrible ones mind games I think you will be champion's 2013/14.

Got to be honest mate I really hope city win it now, can't stand chelsea and the thought of the premier league trophy in liverpool is a grim thought, no offence buddy

Would like to see Liverpool win it just so Stevie G gets a medal. Although, the gloating from my Liverpool supporting mates would be at an unbearable level.

Its 25 years since the Hillsborough disaster and although nothing can sadly bring back the victims or ever un do the wrongs done to their memories and their families by that paper and the authorities it would be a glowing tribute to them.

I genuinely feel you boy's will win it because you are on a roll at the moment.

You have peaked at exactly the right time.

(funny enough, my wife says the opposite to me all the time, but not sure what she means, I didn't even know she likes football, funny that.

I think my biggest reason for wanting Liverpool to win the league would be that it would give old red nose a few sleepless nights, imagine how irritating it will be for him!

Just for the record it would do my head in if Liverpool win it, my MD supports Liverpool and Newcastle ( work that out) for the last few years he has hardly discussed the PL, you can't stop him now, the morning after we lost the CL final he rubbed it in all day.

Gotta agree with saint and banbury, it would do my nut in if pool won it, 24 years of peace i've had and this year has been a nightmare, worst part for me is i'm surrounded by their fans and these particular few have pin hole glasses the likes you've never seen lol

so I can't have chelsea either for the mouthrinho, so the only other option is citeh and well to be honest I think pelegrini has been pure class and respectful all season
