We are 100% on target in our points per game ratio to achieve the 84 points average needed to win the premier league title, if we achieve that and it's not enough this time round there will be no complaints from me.

84 and third, no good, 75 and win i'm happy. Win or bust, we are good enough or not, no in between for me. Second in the CL on same points to psg is second on points to psg, second is second. First is first. The reason we may get second on same points is because the other two were poor and the points were easier to come by. First on 10 points would have been better for me, not second on 14. We are either winners or losers, the points are incidental.

I really hope we will win premier league this year. looking forward to read Steve moaning about something despite that :-)

Steve is very easy for his family to please at this time of year, all they need to do is find out what the neighbours husband's are getting and better it.
If the neighbours are getting socks and pants Steve is over the moon with socks pants and vest but if the bloke either side are getting a Ferrari its no good wasting your money on a top of the range BMW for steve, he would much rather be the best vest man on the bus than the inferior bloke on the motorway :-)

Fantastic team performance, defence looked solid and our attack looked a lot more fluid and linked together well.

Alexis Sanchez was absolutely superb. I thought Ox, Xhaka, Monreal and Gabriel were all very good as well.

Hi edo25
I fancy you against the mancs tomorrow.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - i wish i was as confident malaga, got a draw written all over it for me mate..

03 Dec 2016 20:31:19
Well I'll be cheering for ya on the mancs live chat

Up the blues.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - good on ya mate.. :)

03 Dec 2016 20:52:16
A draw would do little for either teams champions league ambition.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i think that ship has sailed for us G62, i believe 6th-8th is the best we can achieve this season mate..

03 Dec 2016 21:07:29
I think if you can stay within 2 wins of 4th up until the new year your in with a real chance mate.
Its still early days for you and Keoman mate and I think there's a lot more to come from you boys yet mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i just think we are too short this season mate, i think koeman will come good but it may take a season or 2 until we see the team he wants to shape..

03 Dec 2016 21:20:20
1 good signing in the window could make a big difference and make all the other pieces fall into place mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - im afraid we need more than one G62, unless that one is messi, ronaldo...or jesus christ himself mate.. :)

03 Dec 2016 19:54:37
No Ramsey in the 11 and we go back to winning ways. Swap wally with iwobi for the next match and then stick for a few games. Ramsey is a good player I just think our team is now to fast for him. How did granit do guys only caught the last 15mins. The best 15 Hahaha. Have a good w/ end gooners.

First time Poster lads rangers fan here but arsenal very much my English team. What a fantastic result against West hame tonight just thought I'd leave a wee comment sanchez is some player.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - best player in the prem for me haggis mate..

03 Dec 2016 19:39:58
For me the man just keeps getting better and better and was totally class apart, I thought Ox Le Coq and Kos were all excellent today as well.

03 Dec 2016 19:59:21
Is there a better role model in football than Alexis Sanchez?
100% work rate in games and training, very few tantrums on or off the pitch, unless left out of course :-) which is no bad attitude eithe and all the headlines he makes are 100% on the pitch.
For anyone player of any age anywhere who has ambition to be the best they can possibly be I can't think of a better example to follow,

Agree3 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - no argument from me G62..

04 Dec 2016 03:31:23
I'd add that his off the pitch headlines are pretty amazing, he gives quite literally truck loads to charities including sending trucks full of toys to villages in Chile for Christmas so that all of the poor children get a present.
I really do love the guy.

Totally agree, sanchez is the best in the league, the dummy for his 3rd goal is outrageous. to run at goal like he did and not just try and find the corner of the net with the presence of mind to do what he did is something us mortals can only dream about. We're very luck to have such a player. How Shearer is still unable to call him world class is beyond me.

whenever Ramsey comes on just to play out of position gets me anxious. I tought Wenger says he is good when played in his favoured position so why would he do this?

My own personal view is if Aaron could give Jenks some of his confidence we'd have two good players as Jenks has far to little and is much better than he has shown while Aaron has far to much and isn't as good as he thinks he is, he might one day be but he isn't yet.

Great result and a solid performance. Sanchez was awesome, but a special mention for Ox and Xhaka. The sole negative performance was from Walcott who was poor.

03 Dec 2016 19:31:31
I thought Ox was brilliant today mate, I hope both Ox and Xhaka get atleast that 5 game run we were talking about during the week.

Fernandinho and Aguero should both miss our game with them. 3 games for a red for serious foul play isn't it?

2-0 to the boy's today 😏.

{Ed025's Note - good shout that dags..

03 Dec 2016 16:06:49
On paper it should be 3pts to us but it doesn't always work out like that in the premier league especially in Derby games, I've a feeling for 3 2 either way as both teams are capable of creating and conceeding lots of chances so I'm expecting lots of goals in this one, it probably be 0 0 now I've said that :-)

Jenks has been left out the squad because of the stick he's been getting from our own fans.
Isnt it strange how some player like Jenks Monreal and Ramsey are fair game while others are immune from stick regardless of what they do.
So our only available recognised RB with any premier league experience can't be used because of us? Makes you think doesn't it.

03 Dec 2016 11:29:04
I think if his confidence is really low then Wenger is doing the right thing, cause we are going to need Carl to play afew games for us this month and i'm sure Wenger knows whay he's doing in order to try get the best he can out of him right now.

Not that I encourage fans to boo our own players and give them stick. but if you pay your hard earned money to go to games you have the right voice your opinion imo.

Agree1 Disagree0

03 Dec 2016 12:24:31
Obviously Arsene is doing what's right for both the player and team I am not questioning that at all DG, if a player isn't giving his all in a game people have the right to voice their opinions but if they are giving all they've got they don't need or deserve stick no matter how poorly they are playing they need support more than ever imo.
If a player is lazy walks instead of running back or obviously doesn't show the commitment expected of all professional footballers then by all means critise them vocally but not for giving their best even if it's not good enough on the day.

Agree0 Disagree0

03 Dec 2016 13:39:58
DIdnt Wenger have to do the same to Coq after our own "fans" laid into him

If our fans were as noisy at the library as they are on Twitter but in a positive way - we would create an awesome atmosphere home and away

We can win twitter polls all day long but get criticised for not supporting the team till the last minute of the game.

Agree0 Disagree1

03 Dec 2016 16:13:21
Our fans often become pretty embarrassing, if we win 3-0 it should have been 6-0, if we draw it's a disaster and a loss is the end of the world.

You don't see Palace, Leicester or Dortmund fans waiting to be excited to make a noise, they just get behind their team and back them all the way.

I think most forget Jenkinson cost a million quid not 30, 35 or 40 million, Ramsey only cost 5.

It gets painful.
