Looks like we will have to wait till sanchez and ozil decide when they leave instead of the club before we make a significant signing. That shows the mentality of this club. they will leave for NOTHING at the end of the season and then we will have to spend over 100million to get likewise all whilst not guaranteed a place in the champions league and its riches. There is no logic in this financially or for the progress of the team. Will anyone decent want to come to us.
Unlike liverpool who will not let couthinos contract run down get maximum money and have 100 million plus to spend on replacement/ s without weakening the team whilst wenger will get budget last minute panic buys. Demoralisong the team and fans.
Wenger moans about sky high prices of players yet allows his two star men run their contracts down and let them leave for nothing. Ozil, sanchez and their possible next clubs must be laughing their t**s off. For a club who had proud traditions we are a laughing stock to the rest.
How can a man who couldn't or wouldn't decide his own future leaving this team in dissarray last season sort out our prized assets. in the real world. wenger would be thrown out a business for negligence. For a board who turn a blind eye to results and success in return of millions in profit its mind boggling that they are willing to lose 100 million plus in todays market for nothing. beggars belief!
Wenger and board need to grow a pair and sort out every players future. He plays sanchez who doesn't want to be here but is willing to let a loyal walcott leave. i'm finding it hard to understand wengers thinking. I want players that want to play for the shirt with hunger and passion not to look good in the shop window.

Convinced that Refs should have the option to give a direct free kick for fouls in the penalty area that aren't goal scoring opportunities. Am I missing something ( apart from the obvious 😂) COYG.

Emre can would be a good upgrade on coquelin and Elneney plus he's contract expires in the summer although it's. Believed he's signed a pre contract with juventus.

Aubameyang not a possibility. Good one Wenger well played (thumbs up) . Getting bored of his ambition. How can you sit their in a press conference and not discuss what your intentions are in the transfer window apart from shove off every question that gets presented. Either he doesn't want to sign or the board won't let him. its as simple as that.

I hear your frustrations Glenn, I really do but Wenger has always been like that and especially where transfers are concerned so I wouldn't pay any attention to what he says or doesn't say regarding transfers.

As aubamyangadingdong it's a strange one anyway especially when it's talked as a Sanchez replacement because that he's not. Fekir, lemar, Malcom or a draxler is more a Sanchez replacement. But as regards to Wenger making any signings I'm thinking it's a waste of money given it must be surely Wenger s last 18 months and I would personally save as much as you can get away with for a new manager.

Obviously this has to be ballenced and we need to make sure we tread water and try our best to secure a CL spot next year and definatly for the year after for new management. Me personally I would be pulling all the stops for goretzka as he has the ability to play in most systems. I would also sought out a couple of top quality defensive reinforcements as good defenders can play any style.

Something is seriously wrong at Arsenal. How can the club compete when clubs with better squads are spending huge sums of money on the best players and arsenal are buying in the bargain bin. It does not take 20 years playing the game or degrees in sport management to see the deficiencies at Arsenal. Sanchez Ozil and Laccazette are what is keeping arsenal somewhat competitive. Why would Sanchez stay the club repeatedly show no ambition. If the club had ambition Aubameyang should be signed as a replacement for Walcott. I think Wenger is now holding back the club. He has spent money poorly he bought Xhaka to be a DM but he is not a DM and leaves our defence hopelessly exposed and Mustaffi, brilliant one game shocking the next but he persists with them if such performances were put in at other clubs they would be sold at a loss and replaced by much better.

Hi fellow Gunners. One of the Eds posted the top posters on that list, it was quite a shock for me that my name wasn't on that list : (

And then I realized, all this time I have been having banter and arguments with myself in my head haha.

Back posting now, been reading every day though, I can safely say I have now recovered from the shock of Wenger's contract extension lol.

My two questions are : how long are players happy to stay at a club not winning the league or CL and is money enough to keep players at clubs not winning the two titles . At Arsenal our top two players are off and it does seem to be the lack of ambition by the club causing it! If Man City add Sanchez plus anyone they please I can only see certainly dominance of our league and possibly CL. Spuds are a very good team but surely Kane and Alli will get fed up and leave - there is no guarantee they'll get top four especially after tonight and when CL comes back. Not looking like title contenders. Pool look like losing Coutinho surely Salah will look at it and rumours Madrid circling already. United will spend big but already have and not looking convincing to me - great payers great history can see pogba and lukaku staying so in reasonable shape . Chelsea have a striker problem but a good coach and Abramovich so will be fine if they can keep their little penalty winner! Money is really talking now - real shame - but city united and Chelsea will be fine but us pool and Spuds are in choppy waters with us and Spuds the most! Won't ever stop me supporting Arsenal . but when Sanchez and ozil go WTF is Lacazette thinking? We will be seen as a good cup team but can't possibly see us in CL next season particularly if Sanchez and Ozil go . Difficult times for us we need a different mindset and attitude otherwise we become Everton and who wants that ;) sorry ed25 COYG.

Reports today are saying we are the 2nd richest club in Europe not that it matters if you have a Chairman and board who are more interested in lining their own pockets than the good of the club.
