We don't need a Qatari or Osmanov takeover. We just want Wenger out and a manager who can:

1. spend a little money
2. make better signings
3. Play players in their correct positions
4. Knows a bit about defending which he can instill in the players
5. Knows how to cut losses quickly when he buys a bad player

Believable7 Unbelievable19

If only it were so simple.

Agree8 Disagree0

This is actually true.

Still, I look forward to a takeover!

Going to be a very interesting transfer window this summer not so much involving players but the upcoming manager merry go round. Possibly involving the likes of Arsenal, Barcelona (possibly due to illness), Real, Chelsea and both Manc clubs.

quick point, if we insist on playing with a high defensive line, how can we play the BFG as a cb? good player, good defender, but zero pace!

not much left to play for this season, but i'm hopeful we can secure a top four finish! above the suddies, I don't know!

Despite our inglorious exit last night, good luck for next weeks chaps. It's a tough gig but I wish you well. Despite our rivalry, we both have long standing Managers who try and play football the right way. Their spells in charge may be coming to an end and who knows what that means for either of us?

AJH

Believable7 Unbelievable1

1. Its hasn't been a rivalry for a long time. Even the invincibles didn't win the champions league, you guys have done it twice in the recent past.

2. SAF will leave and will be replaced with a proven quality. We will be replaced with I don't know who.

3. your guys next manager will be given money to build REALISTIC title and European contenders. Ours wont.

A board that craves winning for the reputation of the club. that's MUFC

Walcott Wilshere Chamberlain Cazorla

Podolski

Believable1 Unbelievable9

That midfield would get bossed every game. Walcott for me doesn't track back enough for that system. Also chambo is no were near a first team starter

Agree5 Disagree0

I don't know, for me, i'm a huge fan of 433/4231
i believe it gives us a upper hand in controlling the game, also is better suited to our better players; cazorla, wilshere, podolski, walcott.
the only problem is you need to get the balance right i. e. a strong DM which we lack.

Arsene wants Williams from Swansea. Not really a new story, but I just want to know what you guys think? I haven't had the opportunity to watch him very closely.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

He's a truley world class player watched regularly by real Madrid, Barcelona and bayern Munich, not to mention of course Manchester United and Chelsea.

Many have drawn comparisons to bobby moore, Fabio cannavaro and Lillian thuram ad he is officially ten times better than vermaelen, koscielny ad mertesacker combined.

It has been speculated that if he signs it won't matter that we don't man mark or practise defending because he's so brilliant.

He is definately the world class leader at the back arsenal need
AG

Agree1 Disagree7

Not the level of player we should be going for. Just another mid priced player.

Agree6 Disagree2

Williams appears to be solid - good in the air, comfortable on the floor, strong, quick-ish and a natural leader.

However, he still only plays for Swansea who have been in the pL for two seasons, and when Swansea get beaten against any team everyone just sort of accepts that losses are going to happen, and the world's press don't tear into the defenders. Point being he isn't proven at the highest level yet and he is 28.

He could join Arsenal, and once one game is lost due to some poor defending, they'll all get torn apart on MOTD and he could regress like TV5, LK6, etc and become yet another shadow of a former player.

Agree6 Disagree0

Think AG has some sort of Man crush!

Im suprised that arsenal haven't done anything about niklas bentdner. Drink driving is absolutely disgusting and the fact he's still picking up his wages is shameful. No player who has been drink driving should be associated with arsenal and he needs to be sacked asap.

Believable16 Unbelievable3

100% agree.

Agree9 Disagree2

Didn't we stand by Adams?

Merson was not a role model either

Nor was Hillier

I guess you are saying if we have the opportunity to clear the decks of crap players we should but if decent we turn a blind eye

Or you saying we should have sacked Adams?

Just interested

SY4

Agree4 Disagree0

I'm glad we never had that approach with Tony Adams though, but agree completely with what you say.

Agree2 Disagree0

Convenient.

Agree0 Disagree0

There must be a clause in his contract about bringing the club into disrepute, or alcohol consumption for that matter. Get him infront of a board and fire his ass I say
AG

Agree2 Disagree0

Not the first time either

1404

Agree1 Disagree0

Although I agree with you would you have sacked Tony Adams?

Agree1 Disagree0

Must be a way of terminating his contract, which runs until 2014 without paying compensation or a loyalty bonus. Great excuse to get rid IMO.

Knowing Arsenal they'll hang on and try to sell him in the summer. Greedy sods. Which we all know will be a failure as no-one would want him anyway, especially not now.

Agree2 Disagree0

Well I am happy to be totally inconsistent - there's no way I'd have sacked Adams. The club may feel that it is up to the law to deal with it - why should he be sacked on top? It's nothing to do with the club. In reality it's just another reasons for us fans to want that waste of space off the wage bill but sadly it's probably unfair dismissal to sack him!

Wenger is an embarrassment. He keeps playing a suicidal high line, making the defence look shocking. He persists in playing diddymen in midfield, with no tall powerful central midfield players. He keeps using zonal marking which is hopeless. He Keeps playing 4-3-3, which leaves gaps in front of the full backs. He has lost the plot.

Believable19 Unbelievable13

. and he replaces world class players with average players.

Agree7 Disagree1

Wenger's not the embarrassment, it's the players. Since the top stars prefer to go to the bigger London clubs, Chelski ans Spuds, we've struggled to attract top players.

Seriously, when did we last get a top star?

Spurs hardly attract 'stars', well no better than cazorla

metal gooner and charlie, a couple of questions for you. and anyone else!

See everyone thinks mourinho is geared up for united after his comments, but we should know that mourinho is a very unique man who likes to leave things down to peoples interpretation. I don't think that is nailed on anyway too my point

Would you want a mourinho who brings success and ruffles a few feathers but often leaves in a mess when the going gets tough and the players get old ( see inter) would you rather do that for the glory? or have a brendan rodgers type who believes in the long term goal?

Immediate success or long term successs?

Im not saying mourinho or rodgers btw

Yorkshire Gooner Joe :D

Believable6 Unbelievable2

I think the end must justify the means. yes, we all want to see the mighty Arsenal return to glory, but not if it means we become riddled in debt and doom our future. I think a bit of balance is needed but I would tend more to the brendan rodgers type.

Agree5 Disagree0

Ah mate I keep typing an answer and it not really making sense!

What you've asked me is tricky because I think someone like Rogers could come in and bring immediate success which is obviously not one of the things you stipulate!

I think I would prefer a man with a long term plan who has the desire to be the face of Arsenal for the foreseeable future and who has a plan to achieve their goals, rather than someone who simply wants to come in, win a few things in a season or two then bugger off to a 'new challenge'. That said, if someone like Rogers came in, won things over a few seasons and then sought new challenges I am sure I wouldn't complain.

If what you're asking me is do I want to see someone like Jose or Ancelotti come in, expect to be given £100m, win the league, then they leave and a new manager come in after a season or two then probably not. But we must remember that managers are like players, they come and go and they fluctuate in form too. I will be happy so long as we have a manager who hasn't lost it and doesn't make shocking mistakes.

If we get a new manager and new team and win nothing next season, be it with Laudrup or Mourinho, I won't care because we are moving forward. If we end next season with Wenger in charge having won nothing I will be furious!

Agree3 Disagree0

P. s. any manager coming in will want to change things up, make some signings and develop their team, and this rarely brings instant success, so I think even if Jose came we wouldn't be talking immediate success - definitely an immediate impact, but we would be crazy to expect any silverware after a new manager's first season if they do end up making all the changes we need. It will take time for the players to settle and for the vision to begin to be realised on the pitch. So long as it's new and fresh and shows forward thinking I will be happy.

Agree1 Disagree0

I want someone young and energetic on the touch line. Brendan Rodgers riles me no end, his post match interviews are terrible and his voice grates at my brain. Mourinho would demand transfer funds and so is automatically out of the question for our board. Remi guarde is a possibility, he might leave Lyon in a year or so, in time to come back to arsenal.
Laudrup will goto Spain and klopp will stay in Germany for a few more years.

In a way, it's a shame spurs got avb.

Martin oneil could leave Sunderland, would be interesting.

Agree0 Disagree5

Thing is, if Mourinho took over at Arsenal he couldn't really leave it in a mess.

He'd get us to win something at least.

He'd sign three or four top players within our budget and clear dross like Gervinho and Ramsey.

Add to that the core of our team is young. So he wouldn't leave a bunch of relics behind like at Inter. Thats' IF he'd do a runner.

Here's the strange thing. if he took over at Arsenal he'd demand the level of control Wenger got, and with our clueless board he'd get it.

My worry wouldn't be him leaving after three years, it'd be him becoming like Wenger down the line.

I'd take him without a doubt, man's a winner. I'd just like to see the boardroom gutted out first as a precaution, limiting his level of control in matters non-football.

If that could be achieved I think it'd be a match made in heaven.

Genuinely see him at City, Utd or PSG in the near future. Arsenal as an outside bet. Doubt he'd be willing to go back to Chelsea whilst Abramovich is still in charge.

Agree5 Disagree0

We have waited long enough.

Our stadium and history lays foundation for long-term success.

However, next year we MUST challenge for a nice set of silverware. Ruffle a few feathers? Sounds good to me.

Agree4 Disagree0

Laudrup!

Agree3 Disagree1

He would not be my choice.

joachim low for me,,,, ANY CHANCE ED?

Agree5 Disagree4

No thanks to Jose or Martin oneil.

Can't stand oneil

I may be on my own here but I want Wenger. Failing that the Bayern manager or Remi From Lyon.

SY4

Agree1 Disagree2

Steve I actually thought the same thing as you as well in terms of not leaving us in a mess - we aren't really set up that way I don't think.

Agree0 Disagree0

Remi Garde - no thanks - I want a manager from a more competitive league than France! Not choosing Laudrup but choosing Garde would be ridiculous.

Agree0 Disagree0

Diego Simeone, no one has linked him to arsenal but has done wonders at A. Madrid, not had a lot of money to spend either, yeah Aguero money but was spent on a like for like replacement in Falco, but little money to spend on anyone else, he would be my bet

Arsenal have 14 defensive mistakes that have led directly to goals, the highest in the league. As of now Arsenal had the 4th best defense in the league, only 6 goals from man city who has the best defense in the league. If more commanding and established center backs arrive in the summer and a defensive midfielder who is designated to shield the back four it should allow us to play a higher line as strikers currently roam too easily and collect to many passes from within the spaces between our defense and our midfield. In addition a solid defense that exudes confidence would also be less error-prone. The defensive midfielder would allow santi and jack to play in more advanced central positions, which would discourage man marking that can occur when wilshere is the main CAM. It will also allow us to play players who stretch the play more out wide, as Santi often wanders into the middle and monreal is starting to gain the confidence in his ability to move forward. Theo needs competition out wide and obviously an established striker.

I'm really just beating a dead horse but if what the Eds are saying about the summer then we should all be supporting this club to push for 3 points in 9 out of 10 of these last league games; a realistic goal. As much as I am utterly frustrated with wenger these last few games, we don't need to add to the pressure the team feels.

Believable7 Unbelievable1

It is astonishing that a man of wenger's perceived football intelligence could continue to allow his team to make the same mistake time and time again without changing tactics.

they say the definition of being stupid is "to do the same thing over and over again and to expect a different result".

joking aside, I agree we should try to get as many points as possible from the remaining 10 games, hope for the best, and deal with the summer when it gets here.

Agree5 Disagree2

The fact is we have very good defenders: Sagna 33 French caps. Mertesacker 86 Caps. Vermaelen 40 caps for Belgium & Monreal 10 caps for Spain.
The problems are:
1) Zonal marking, which Adams & co ignored.
2) The line ups Wenger now uses exposes the full-backs continually.
3) The high line, which was responsible for both goals against the Toot.
4) No strong tall defensive midfield players.

We won things with a 4-4-2 formation, using two tall strong central midfield players. Whilst the likes of Adams, Keown etc sorted out the defence & ignored Wenger.

Agree5 Disagree1

We won things playing 4411

Agree0 Disagree0

The fact is for some unexplained reason they all ball watch and evel knevel could ride past them only beeping his horn before they would notice. and it runs through the hole team, they are oblivious to midfield runners and are incapable of anticapating danger and positioning themselves accordingly, it has been going on for years now, so why is it happening, surely they don't suddenly turn into extras for the "walking dead" as soon as they sign for us, so what is it? cause I don't know and I wish to hell someone could tell me.

With Jose Mourinho saying his next job is in England, I can only really see him going to man city. But what would your reaction to 'The Special' one coming to Arsenal?

Believable5 Unbelievable3

Would'nt mind him coming for a couple of seasons because that's about how long he stays at his jobs but this special one thing would have to go, hate it he says it once and as usual all the sheep like people in the media and such have to follow, saddoos

Agree4 Disagree0

I think it would only work if the Arabs who reportedly bid 1. 5 billion for the club decide to give mourinho a war chest to spend.

Agree5 Disagree0

Yes pleeeese. To have a manager that inspires the team & the fans. That understands football. Wenger is a dinosaur. I am thankful to him for everything up to 2005, but since then it has been downhill.

Agree0 Disagree0

Its would make sense for the managers to swap clubs, he comes here spends the 80 mil we apparently have for transfers and Wenger goes to manage Madrid, win win! We get new quality players and push for a title and Madrid get their man. However I can't see it happening, however who knows.

greetings fellow gooners,

i can sense that most of us are quite fed up with the nonsense that is going on at the club, and with the lack of transparency at the board and managerial levels. our once great club has become mediocre, and now even tottenham are improving and are becoming a better team than we are. we seem to be going in the wrong direction. yes, our finances are great, but what good is that if it is not being used to reinvest in the club and raise the level of football being played?

what I would like to know is if gooners supports the club being bought out if the story about the arabs 1. 5 billion bid is true. while I am always sceptical, I would be in favour. I think that the world of football (and all professional sports for that matter) has changed and we need to change too.

opinions please.

Oh my word, anyone watching this nextgen thing? Inter' kids are the biggest bunch of diving persons I have ever seen! Thankfully it hasn't earned them anything except one or two seriously cheap free kicks, the ref is a mug! Some of the replays were embarrassing!

Also, Italian commentary can do one. Honestly the most annoying thing I have ever listened to haha.

col

Agree0 Disagree0

For me it's quite hard to say who played well, our defence well throughout but on the whole the game was just a shambles. It was like watching 13yr old school game because the conditions were so bad. But if I am honest, despite the conditions, we didn't play well. It's one thing when the passes don't reach their destination because of a puddle but it's another thing when the way it's headed is nowhere near a team mate, so many sloppy passes it was weak regardless of the conditions. Also we looked afraid to keep possession, every time we got the ball in our half it just got humped up the pitch and cut out by their back line. Honestly I would be happy never watching a game like that again! I would say Bellerin was pretty good all game, he put some amazing sliding tackles in.

jeez, he has fairly put the cat among the manc pigeons with last nights comments!

COYG! andi

Believable5 Unbelievable7

Really like him as a pundit, same with Neville strange as that is.

Keane's not afraid to tell the truth and I love that about anyone in any profession. I mean to say that last night knowing full well mancs would hate for it. It was his opinion and he stuck to it. Fair play.

That said I don't think that kind of tackle should ever be a red. Was looking at the ball, even though I hate Utd and Nani for that matter.

Under the rules of the game he had to go. Ref didn't screw anybody over.

Utd were lucky the ref missed Rafael's handball. Under the laws of the game he had to go off as well AND it would of been a pen.

They can't have any complaints. Yes it ruined the game but the refs are just there to uphold the laws of the game (farcical as they may be) not ensure entertainment.

If it was me it would of been a yellow and a FK.

But I'll never be sad to see Fergie (great Manager, MASSIVE hypocrite) complaining about anything. Truly joyous occasions those.

It'd be funny to see them ACTUALLY get screwed some time down the line. Can you imagine? HAHA. Hell rub it up them!

you are right usmanov has not mentioned money in 3 years.

he said that when we had players like nasri, cesc and rvp at the club, he said that's what he thought it needed at the time.

i believe he will pump into the club what the ffp rules allows him do. it will not be popular with some supporters but once the team starts winning on the pitch they will change their minds, it has to be about the football now.

he knows that now £100 mill will not put the problem right and so does any new investor.

i think its usmanov behind these rumours.

if there was a time to make a move it will be now the club is at its lowest point.

we seem to be 1 game from disaster every time we play now.

i believe there will be a move for the club.

Believable10 Unbelievable7

I was just making the point that Usmanov didn't say if he got a seat on the board he would put in £100m, he said he would do that and not be hands on at all he said he would give it to the manager and not want any involvement - which is completely different to what the poster said. The reason I corrected it was not to be annoying it was just to say actually Usmanov's intentions were solely for the benefit of the club and not himself (although, I am sure this would have worked in his favour with regards to potential future involvement).

I am not sure I agree with £100m not being enough though!

If we picked up a keeper and a CB for around £20m for the pair which is totally realistic, a defensive mid for around £15m, two wingers for up to £20m each, a RB for up to £15m (the going rate for top wing backs seems to be under £10m!) that's £90m.

We've got the squad depth it's just at the moment they play in the first team!

We would sell a lot too and we could put the remainder plus sales money towards a new striker. Or buy the striker and work backwards.

But we could recoup around £20-30m selling off squad players who shouldn't be here any more and the likes of Gervinho.

Around £100m would be enough for any manager to find great players to transform this team.

i see ivan gazidas has a contract where even if he is sacked he will walk away with s BUMPER £5MILL.

We have listerned to the club preach about sustainability and that useless c*** will walk away
with the 6% pay hike which we the fans had to pay to 2 seasons ago.

this was sanctioned by stan kroenke who had the support of hill-wood and wenger.

i wonder what hill woods pay off will be,,, he's been at the club a few more years than gazidas what will he get £25mill

i wonder what pay off wenger will get,,, what bonus is in his contract for not spending any money and keeping the money in the bank?

people have talked about how great it is that our directors do not take dividends.

what about the big payoffs they get when they finally leave?

we were sold a dream that failed.

it could only of worked with investment but the only investment the powers to be were interested in was there own pockets.

hill-wood would of covered himself to the hilt that when he walks out the door he will get a percentage of the current value of the shares.

feel gutted.

all ways felt proud about arsenal up until we moved to the emirates.

the emirates is this boards final pay off.

First time posting on here, what do you think of Wenger as a tactician, personaly I think this is his down fall. He cannot change a game and always changes like for like players into the same formation even if its not working the only differance lately seems to be Ramsey at right back (only he knows why). When the opposition have a corner why not leave Walcott up the field this will force the other team to have at least two players back and we can then break at speed. I also think we have the right players but the formation is wrong. 4-1-3-2 with the players we have. Different front combinations of Podolski, Giroud, Walcott depending who we are playing would give more movment and allow the midfield to join in. The reason for a front two is due to all our midfield players do not seem to go beyond the single front man they are all forward passers not forward runners like, Pires, Freddy, Overmars etc with a holding player he needs to sit very deep like song or Gilberto he can join the two centre backs if need be, never getting in front of the ball always behind it, to allow the full backs to push on which then let's the midfield join the front two.
Im 43 and watched my first game when I was 4. I have seen the good, bad and very ugly, at times it does seem bad but I've seen a lot worse. Why do you think lately ex players are asking to come in and help yes its because Arsenal is in their blood but they must see potential.
Stop being stubborn Wenger let Bouldy sort the defence out and you might keep your job!

i know some people don't like the idea of kroenke making a hefty profit if he decides to sell because he's done nothing for us since his takeover I understand that but I for one don't give a fxxk how much profit he makes if he sells seeing as this consortium is supposedly prepared to splash the cash on players and clear our debt.
so if the rumours are true then the sooner he fxxxs off the better and he can take that tosser gazidis with him bk to the states.
we might get slated for splashing the cash but I for one wouldn't care because we won't be the only club who has and it's just what we need and I am confident of attracting big name players even if we end up 5th because I said before when city got took over they done it

Yeh we might get a bit of stick for 'selling out' as such but sod it, at least we could hit back and make every other team poo there pants before, during and after 90 mins!

Agree2 Disagree0

I couldn't give a toss if he makes 5p or £1bn as long as he is gone and owners come in who will invest in the team.

Agree4 Disagree0

How would we get stick for selling out? at the end of the day that's kroenke s decision, we as fans supports the club. , and what ever comes or way we accept good or bad so I don't believe we would be sell outs, all major clubs are being bought from outside company's and this is just how football is now a days!

Greetings and salutations my fellow Gooners,

I hope everyone is doing well, since I last posted the world has apparently come to an end. Tottenham beat us, Bayern spanked us and as such the great Arsene Wenger has been held accountable for everything from tactics to the world at hand.

I believe as I have always maintained that Arsene has earned the right to leave on his own terms. While I appreciate the frustration over the past 8 years I fail to understand how that takes precedence over his tremendous achievements. The rhetoric of some who post I believe is quite simply short sighted when one balances his achievements with the recent failures of the club.

Nevertheless I digress as opinion is the backbone of this website. For myself I have not jumped off the pier because I believe we will still finish in the top four this season. With 10 games left I believe we will catch one of Chelsea or Tottenham and for this season I will take this and move on.

The future is an interesting subject. Being involved in the sporting world in my own capacity I have come to understand the mandate of Mr. Kroenke. He has always operated his clubs in the same mantra. financial independence from their own making. It is for this reason I find the Wenger distractors so misinformed. Mr Kroenke has always ensured the first responsibility of any of his teams was/is to be financially viable, yet he seems to be shielded from criticism, and supporters fail to realise that we have the ability to voice our displeasure financially by not attending matches, purchasing merchandise and contributing to the financial makeup of the club, yet we fail to acknowledge our responsibility.

Where do we go from here? This is the point of contention. Do we believe that if Arsene was given the proper financial backing that we would return to glory? Do we believe it is best to move on with both new ownership and managment? Or as I believe, we will continue to be who we are, a club run by an owner who has decided for him as the owner we will continue to live within our means and as such will continue to employ Mr Wenger as he best represents his ability to accomplish this goal!

In conclusion, I hope that wherever we end up that I hope that those who berate Arsene (and yes as I have said in the past, he deserves where rightly due) acknowledge and respect what he has done for our club and refrain from making such deragatory comments about a true Arsenal legend, perhaps the greatest Arsenal legend ever!

Mate you might be happy watching the rubbish we are playing every week, but many of us are not.
Wenger is too powerful, unfortunately the success he had has given him the mandate to decide everything from the tactics, to the colour of the flowers in the stadium ( I joke not). He is a busted flush, and should go at the end of this season.
Please wake up. it has never been about the board. it has always been Wenger who chooses to spend or not spend. putting too much faith in the players he has bought, that are just not good enough. Diaby etc. and abandoning his formation of two DM that won him all of that success. I could go on. but we need a change now before our great club sinks into mid table mediocrity.

"I believe as I have always maintained that Arsene has earned the right to leave on his own terms. " - no he doesn't. He is not God he is manager of a club for a small period of its history. He should leave on the club's terms and those only. Some people have such a lack of understanding of the hierarchy. He can be praised for the good he has done and given the appropriate send off but it is not up to him when this happens.

'Recent failures' - no, my friend, 8 years, about 6 totally different squads, totally different squads at other clubs, and no success, is enough. When Wenger was winning things he had some of the greatest players on the planet playing for him - they managed themselves, drilled themselves, and could adapt in-game. They may have only had a few years of age over our boys but they had seemingly decades of football wisdom over this lot. They were so good and the competition so wasn't. How can this be all Wenger's doing? It's like giving Wenger the credit for Wilshere being good. What we have seen is when Wenger doesn't spend, ignores the academy and has to apply tactics whilst other teams adapt, he is found wanting, and every season it's more and more so. Short sighted? No. Believe me if we didn't have the Emirates I wouldn't care but you forget that stadium gives us a platform to remain constantly at the top level of the game - it's the holy grail of football having a stadium like that that will bring in the money it does. The way we squander it is shocking!

The key thing for me is that I do not believe Wenger would return to glory with any amount of money at his disposal. If I did then I would focus my energies on other things but the truth is he simply hasn't got a clue in the market, or tactically. His constant stream of errors that began years ago and was a case of 'he is entitled to the odd mistake' say 5 years has now become the expected, and that is why I know enough is enough.

You speak as though because we want change that we don't respect what he as done, or the times where he was on a budget - we do. I do. But I have very little respect for the clueless anti-tactician who can't field team, make subs, take advice from those around him nor progress in any way at all. Enough is enough!

Football is to state the blindingly obvious a results based industry! I spent most of my life in another result based business sales, if I or any of my fellow salesman dropped so fast so quick we would be gone inside a year. This is HIS team everyone he chose,
Sadly it is not good enough to fail to plan [as he says he doesn't plan for individuals or games] IS to plan to fail. Every single 1 of my calls was planned for as they were all different.
It ain't rocket science

Gibbsy or Nacho?

Monreal as he can actually defend. Gibbs should move forward into the left midfield position as we have no one suitable for that position at present. This should allow Podolski to play through the centre

Xabi Alonso, Xavi, Iniesta, Mesut Ozil, Cesc, modric all earn the same as cazorla, walcott, poldi. surely they are not in the same league as those world class players. well wally sure is not.

Believable4 Unbelievable6

And how do you know that?
last I heard if barcelona have a very large wage bill and that xavi and iniesta are paid much more then 100k,
