It's the raver coming through in his Subaru tanked up on Malibu. You lot got carried away by saying we will put 4 or 5 goals on spurs as we, are a good side and nobody can beat us. We were also missing key players today and still looked in control, also to dags wherever ever you go in the world Harry Kane will always be in your mind as he scored again and is back to fire spurs up the league table in the next few weeks.

Your Harry Kane was invisible and went missing today. Lucky for him he gets the chance to score from spot. only reason why mighty (lol) spurs gets the point today is that we were so poor.

You have cheered me up raver . Thanks for that. Up until I read your post I was sat at home feeling down in the dumps that we were held to a draw against you lot!

Then here's good old raver absolutely buzzing that spurs got a draw against us. It kind of puts life into perspective 👍🏻

It's a funny old world.

Slovak, he can be as quiet as a Mouse but he still bangs goals in time after time, that's why you would love him at your club as you don't have a natural goal scorer at your club, as for coqulan and co dembele and his sidekick wanyama had them in their pockets. You could have gone top tonight but in the next fortnight you will be out of the top 4 once man utd see you off.

Raver me old mucka, all week on spuds page you have been saying we will demolish you today.

Didn't see it unfortunately, but them Pina Colada's in St Lucia are still going a treat.

Harry Kane will love it here 😁.

Form goes out the window in a derby no matter where its played, London, Manchester, Liverpool Glasgow. for me a draw was likely, Spuds couldn't be as crap as they have been . We are sat in a nice position and the unbeaten run goes on.

Many of us got carried away by recent results of both teams and to some degree and overestimated our own capabilities and underestimated Spurs.

Spot in 62. That and I thought a few players didn't turn up, a few subs should have stayed at home and we lacked putting pressure on Spurs. Once we figured out their set up, I thought we would kick on and win. Especially after the lucky goal. Then we give a STUPID penalty away and gave Spurs the upper hand and never truly recovered.
Bit disappointing but you can't win unless you put the effort in and have all your players turn up. : (
Onwards and upwards as we are still in a good spot and have Santi back who is key.

Good point for spurs away from home. And two bad points dropped by us! It's equivalent is a tramp crapping on the doorstep of a London house you are about to sell.

I wouldn't say its two BAD points dropped, like it or not Spuds are still unbeaten in the PL.

Hi Banbury, I think when you take the lead and then gift them a goal from some shoddy defending it has to be two points dropped at home. I think it was a game we should have won once we took the lead, especially the way we gave it away.

We need to bounce back strong at old Trafford to stop the the same old questions about our character being asked again.
We've answered the one about Chelsea which is great but we can't keep relying on other teams to drop points to cover up for our lack of ability to consistently deliver.
Arsene has built strong competition for places he's also consistently played our best available 11 when ever possible so it's down to the players IMO.

Ah gunner old trafford in November against maureen after an international break, I look forward to it, with great trepidation.

After today Steve that game just got even bigger for us and Arsene, fail there against José yet again and the question mark against us becomes huge once again, but beat both José and Chelsea and who can deny things really aren't different this time round?
Big game HUGE.

I'm positive we played awful compared to how we can play and got away with a draw the bug teams are always going to drop points like city did l, don't think Liverpool's all that great either they got a lucky win against us when we had chambers and holding as CB no ozil so I'm optimistic teams are always going to drop points we just need to keep winning a draw here and there ain't bad aslong as it once every 8 - 9 games this is out worst month but let's see how we can finish it off against man u, psg and Bournemouth COYG.

Liverpool are certainly not great, they have managed to score a lucky 30 goals and have 8 lucky wins and are currently top of the league.

Fair play to Tottenham they turned and gave us a game today, however I am frustrated as all of us know we can play much better than that. For large parts of the game, our intensity did not match Tottenhams. A few good openings were also wasted by Iwobi and Giroud. We could be going into the international break in 4th place depending on Liverpool's result, with a maximum of two points from the top. But that is now 16 games unbeaten as we head into the internationals and hopefully we can regroup afterwards and get decent results at United and against PSG.

Big Day for both clubs
Spuds positives are
Pulling in 80k some matches.
On a unbeaten run (which is threatening our 49 match, all season record. )
Harry Kane coming home
And as any ex footballer will tell you, when you go to the big boys you'll raise your game.
So my Famous prediction is
Arsenal 3 spuds 1
Harry to get one on his home coming.
But I'm also for a cheeky £20 on 5-1
ps
Raver I know its difficult for you, who to pick today.
As most of us here, see you coming over to the red sunset.
The door is always open, and know shame in wanting better for yourself.

Your right it's a massive game for both clubs, Spurs can't afford to lose to us while a win would do an awful lot to give their players manager and fans the huge lift they need.
For us it's simple anything less than 3pts would be a big disappointment, the fact that city only drew yesterday shouldn't be seen as some kind of safety cushion but as an opportunity that we simply can't afford not to take if we hope to premier league champions.

For me I think we're going to run riot today, I've placed a bet on arsenal to win by 4+ goals I'm that confident. I know form goes out the window when a derby comes along but there's a resilience too this arsenal team and for once in a very long time we seem to finish teams off and score plenty of goals.

I can see a first half blitz of 3 goals then second half just toying with them, I'm going 5-0 as my prediction!

Essex and welshgooner going to run riot lol, the spurs bossed you and we had to score for you as we have the best defense in the league, I said everytime you come up against a top club you will get found out and we were also missing lots of players and you still couldn't beat us to go top of the league.

Koeman's decision to experiment with a 3-4-3 formation against Chelsea gave Chelsea the room to score 5. Please note this for fans that want Koeman to replace Wenger.

Good shout.
I know a few here have said his name, and I have asked what has he done?
Its also good to see that Portuguese pratt, blaming players, and agents saying that their player thinks a move would be the best thing for them.

The Celsea result is scary. Since we beat them their leauge form is 5 straight wins, scored 16 conceded 0.

Has reverting to a back 3 caused all that?

It is going to be hard winning the league this yaer - all of the top 4 look really good.

I tipped chelski at the beginning of the season because all they needed was straightening out. Conte and kante seem to have done that, they are contenders.

Chelsea are a decent team. This season they have the advantage of not playing CL football. The results of English CL teams following a match are often poor. City are an example, they beat Barcelona and then are held at home to Middlesborough. Chelsea looked so fresh against Everton. It is going to be a very difficult season to win the PL, as you have Man C, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal all being major contenders. You also have outsiders like Tottenham and Man U. We have a couple of tricky matches against these two coming up and we must get at least 4 points from the two matches. The advantage we have this season is that we have a strong squad. In the New Year we get Welbeck and Mertesacker back, with Perez returning before then. I can't see any first team signings in January, although I believe a new LB is vital.

I think we will sign someone.
For me we need to tie down Sanchez, Ozil,
if they don't sign the sell them and recoup some thing and go for cesc, and maybe suarez.

Agree1 Disagree2

06 Nov 2016 10:11:26
Mate cesc is done. Too slow and one dimensional, ozil is more complete and a better player by miles. Glad he won a trophy with Chelsea but I don't want him at arsenal. Suarez will cost the moon. Aguero would be a reasonable shout and if that ain't happening suarez isn't.
