Rumours circulating that Ian Broomfield (former QPR and Spurs scout) who was due to take up a prominent scouting role with Arsenal has reportedly renegaded on an agreement to verbally agree to rejoin Spurs.
Broomfield was due to head up a huge summer of transfer inactivity with 1000s of players linked to us before signing someone no one mentioned.

My friend told me Gundogan and his agent were at the emirates for the Everton game. Any truth in this at all?
