Arsenal will make a £18m bid to sign french international winger hatem ben arfa from newcastle utd.
Ben arfa 25, has admitted that he will move away from st james's park if newcastle don't make it in europe for next season.

Our backline is fine. its our midfield that has no idea how to defend consistently. you watch every goal we give up 2 of our mids never came back to help.

Our back line is fine wtf, it got split open twice the same way vs spurs, an tv5 isn't the same player he was when he first joined, sagna is poor he uses per in the wrong sort of games an don't play kos enough, I wouldn't say that is a fine backline

Ben arfa will be a great signing, a winger which is what we need after walcott wanting to go upfront and oxlade wanting to take over alex songs role, but hasn't been seen a lot this season.
cant see us spending that much on him though, but it seems like a very arsene signing, french, skillful, attack minded good on the counter attack and last season showed what a great player he is.

It appears we have been thrown a realistic chance of retaining our top 4 trophy, it's now time to stand up and be counted, this season we the fans have been treated to some of the most pi$$ poor weak performances ever witnessed in the famous red and white! Often AR16 is singled out, yes he may not be good enough but at least he still try's knowing he doesn't have the full support of the fans! Where as our captain has been absent for the majority of the campaign while actually playing! I do not expect us to win every game, far from it but I do expect to see the team compete and to see some pride and passion shown from the players (excluding JW10) not only for the shirt but for the fans, from every player, every time he takes to the field! We are 99% out the champs lge but let's go give Ze Germans one hell of a fight miracles can happen! Then kick on still 10 massive games till May Arsenal till I die

I would rather we win 1-0 or draw in bavaria to have a chance in getting our league season to finish on a strong note.
thats all we can hope for. and hopefully a chance for the Ox to prove he deserves a chance to play in the first team.

hey ed, posting first time here, do you have any idea what will be the market price of michel carrick. he is so under rated, would love to have him in Arsenal. {Ed001's Note - no idea, I very much doubt we will get to find out for a couple of years at least.}
