Reports on Sky that Mustafi will be out for a month with a hamstring injury, which would be a relief as the injury looked very serious and a longer absence seemed likely.
It will be interesting to see the effect on the teams playing in Europe and with many players playing Internationals. Already inuries such as Mane at Liverpool, Conte at Chelsea, etc, have occured. As we can rotate our squad for EL matches, can we take advantage during the heavy schedule ahead?

I don’t think conte being injured will cause too many problems for Chelsea.

Question fellow Gooners;
Apparently there are no takers for Ozil, due to the £330,000 pw wage demand, should we offer him a new deal on those wages?
As a replacement if he leaves, what are the thoughts on signing former Chelsea player Oscar, who reports say wants to return from China or Bale who Real may sell if they recoup the fee they paid for him.
Or do we already have his emplacement at the club, with players such as Ramsey, Iwobi and Wilshere.

Ozil is not worth that, that's why nobody wants him. We should not pay him anywhere near that, he is a luxury we won't miss. Sell for 20 mil in jan if we can get it. If not, i don't think he is worth more than half the amount quoted but he would get a signing on fee as well to back it up.
