Hi eds

Havent posted in a ling while but been reading posts daily. Heard arsenal is preparing a bid for Sevilla's Grzegorz Krychowiak any truth in that? I think he will provide much needed cover and competition for Coquelin.
Plus, I really don't think the Benzema deal will happen. Thanks

{Ed001's Note - as far as I am aware there is no bid being prepared for him by Arsenal. They did track him last season but have not made any move to sign him.}

There's no wonder we don't buy anyone. It seems as if we have a lot of scout fees to pay out first as we track every Tom dick and Harry

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - scouts are dirt cheap compared to bringing in say Balotelli and getting stuck with them.....}

Could have been wose ed, could have been Bendtner. Owww wait both think there awesome, both are rubbish and Mad Mario earns more. No good luck with that.

{Ed001's Note - Bendtner is a lot less hassle behind the scenes.}

Hi ed. Is there any truth to the Krychowiak rumours?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - let me guess, did he play well against Barca last night? I am not sure as I fell asleep during the game and woke up just in time for the programme to finish, doh. I guess he must have as that would explain the sudden rush of rumours regarding him.}

He did if it wasn't for him barca would have put ten instead of five past Seville

Just talking to an old school friend who does the web design for sky sports and also guileme balague. Asked if he knew any arsenal info and he said he spoke to guileme recently and benzema came up and he reiterated what he said that benzema would be staying at Real 😒

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - if Arsenal don't make an offer, they are not going to sign him that is for sure. So far they have not done anything. Probably because Madrid have not signed a striker to provide cover for him to leave.}

12 Aug 2015 08:25:27
Sergio augero is the only striker that would improve real, and real seem to be very reserved in this transfer window thus far.

If we haven't made an offer then obviously Arsene isn't that keen and is happy with Olly/Theo to lead the way.
If both get 20 plus goals and we finish top two he will be a genius but should we struggle for goals and recapture the 4th place trophy the Arsene in Arsene out debate will once again be in full flow.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - or it could just be his waiting for Madrid to sign a replacement.}

Are Madrid actually looking for a replacement then ed? If you have any idea lol

I don't think he is an idiot, I'm sure if he felt he had a chance to sign him he would make a bid. People don't seem to understand you can't just sign any unavailable player you want.

I guess the fact their unavailable means their unavailable

Personally, I believe it's down to Benzema wether he comes to us or not.

And before you condemn me for stating the obvious, people, I say this because I don't think Madrid are overly fussed wether he goes or stays.

If he remains with them, good, they've got more options up top.

If he ASKS to leave, then great, they'll get a solid amount of cash for him.

Ronaldo will be playing centrally for Madrid this season, if reports are true.
Bale also wants to play centrally in midfield.

A lot of people speculate this means Ronaldo up top, Bale just behind, James pushed out to the right and Isco on the left.

Benzema is kind of the forgotten man in Rafa's system.
Yes, he's a very good option for them to have, but is he going to be happy being an option instead of their usual staring striker?
Doubtful.

But, that being said, I think either they need to get a replacement OR we need to make a solid offer, so they get a replacement and do it sooner rather than later.
If we go make an offer in the last 2-3 days of the window, I can't see it being successful as it would be if we did it today

Bottom line if not Benz then someone else, many good strikers are/were available at the beginning of the window but Wenger doesn't pull his finger out EVER, w'ere like the lads on the dancefloor at 3am trying to pick up the birds that no one wanted...

Those of you that got excited when we signed Cech... Ask yourself this; If we had Cech last year and ALL 19 other league teams made NO signings and had NO Exits would we have won the league last season? No? So with all other 19 teams improving their squad this summer and us just adding Cech what makes u think we will do any better this season?
Im not trying to say kick Wenger out, i'm just saying he should realise he has brought the team as far as he can and walk out himself, because this won't be the first season we'll finish close but not close enough... Same old story from the club which is why i gave back my 15year season ticket... I hate to say it but Mourinho's right, we as fans have been far too kind accepting this lagging year after year and we accept it by finding the small bits of success in Wengers failure!

Benitez seems to like jese, reckon he could get the chance to cement a place in the team this season, with that in mind, maybe Benzema could be possible without Real dipping into the market
