Hi all, just heard from someone close to an ex player who is close to the club, that a swap deal is being worked on either on loan similar to Baptista & Reyes or permanent: Monreal to Athletico Madrid, Toby Alderweald to Arsenal.
quite reliable source.
To Atletico? They have already two left back (Siqueira and Ansaldi).

Keep hearing cavani rumours, is he a possibility as a signing or is it just bs?

Rumours surfacing that we are front runners for Cavani, any truth in this? (If so I hope we sign him Manolas and Carvalho before the window closes, but it's a pipe dream)
If the option to sign reus next year even remotely exists I would say save every penny and gun for him.
I cannot see us signing Cavani. Firstly, we won't spend £51m and secondly, we appear to have lots of attacking options. We desperately need 2 defenders and a defensive midfield player.

do they know who will be injured? who will be red carded by mistaken identity?
or who will slip up after telling the whole world that they will not slip up?
no its just some biased guy behing a big wage packet and a big mouth saying what he wants.
while I admire gary neville for his punditry, his analysis and criticism, put into context his role for england and what did he do? exactly just because you have a mouth does not mean you can do more than that.
not a sight at the poster, but rather my take on how people (media mostly) like to predict more than they actually understand.

Morning all,
I've read that Koscielny is injured after Sundays game with an Achilles problem and will miss Saturdays game against Crystal Palace and maybe the CL qualifier!
Can any of the ED's or anyone else confirm or deny this,
