what happened to witsel and willian i remember willian was begging someone like arsenal to get him oh and defour?

Witsel Plays In Portugal Now

Willian now plays for benfica and is a permanent fixture for both them and belgium.
whilst defour who i really rate is now with porto and getting several apps, and also caps for belgium.
willian well i can only say he looks good wen shaktar play.

What happened was, Arsenal got linked with 50+ players over the course of the previous transfer window, of which, 2-3 joined.

Do you mean Witsel plays for Benfica, not Willian?

Fanianski considering his future - just about the only player I don't mind hearing that about. I even like Fabianski, I feel bad for him that at the time when he thought he'd be taking over from Almunia, Lurch comes along and shows us he's world class. Fab's confidence is low and his career has stalled, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets rumoured to be going in Jan but I don't think he'd go until the summer.

He is good enough to start for someone, just not us, so as and when, I wish him the best of luck. Yes he's been a calamity keeper but he's also made some outstanding saves and when Szczesny was injured last season Fab had a brilliant run of a few games.

Thats ok we have a world class keeper who came in for free...so im not fazed finding a capable second keeper wont be an issue...

vito mannone is up to the task.

I would like to see players such as Fabianski performing well, rather than asking for a move. We seem to have a number of underperforming players with big mouths. Arshavin, Bendtner, Denilson, Arshavin, Djourou...

Fabianski has played well. He did a very good job taking over the #1 last year. He was only replaced when he got injured and Szczesny came in and did an even better job. Fabianski is a solid keeper and I wouldn't blame him for leaving for a starting spot somewhere. He won't be leaving for one of the big boys but he can start for a 2nd-rate calibre club like Tottenham.

We can say we wouldn't mind if he left now but if Szczesny goes down and we need a goalkeeper to step up.... we're stuck with Mannone (hasn't turned out to be the keeper Wenger hoped for) and Almunia (Master of Disaster).
