DOOR OPEN FOR CHAMAKH!
"Chamakh? He knows when he wants too, he can return to Bordeaux - but he is happy in London," Bordeaux president Jean Louis Triaud told Le 10 Sport.

Of course he's happy, he is getting 50k per week he will only get half that in France.
Something stinks about this guy though, he was good when he came and now he can't even get near the team, I think there is a bit more to this than meets the eye.

Defiantly agree with 337. There just has to be more to it.

I think it was a whole bunch of things - the hooker stuff, getting dropped when RVP came back, then when he did get games Jack wasn't. Jack really made him play well and they worked well together, but since Jack's injury he's been totally different.
He also looks like he doesn't try. I loved him when he first joined, I thought he had so much swagger and confidence, his head was like a ball magnet and he made good runs and had a surprisingly intelligent/cunning finish. Now though, he's just gash. Doesn't try, doesn't know what he's doing.
That said, I wonder if Santi could bring him to life?

I'm surprised we did not write his wages off as well.
The party man just keeps having fun as we the supporters contribute to his wages...it makes me sick.

I know many will disagree with me on this but I think a renewed bid for Dzeko in January would be quite a brilliant move. Great finisher, and lethal in the air.
North Carolina Gooner.
I agree Dzeko is a great finisher and always seem to have plenty of energy, however his wages would be a big problem. What's also a worry is why Mancs seem to only use him as a sub? maybe he tires quickly over 90 mins.
337
I think he's a quality player but we'd have to break our wage bill for him, and I doubt he'd want to leave City.
Mike
Yeah no one disagrees that he would be an awesome addition in terms of his attributes but its only financial reasons that would stop us.
In Arsene I Trust.

Anyone know where Marouane Chamakh is? I know he cant make the bench put I just havent heard anything about him or seen any pictures of him training.
No, but I'd love to know what realy happened with his career at arsenal. He is preety rubbish bad but not bad enough to see as little playing time as he has.
He is all over the papers today saying he loves it in London but can always go back to France at any time.
Guess he is happy getting 50k per week and not playing? He would only get half that in France.

He loves the wage packet

More dead wood. He needs to be sold ASAP. This is what happens when you over pay players. There happy just to take the money and keep out the lime light. Man city will for sure have this problem in the coming years.
