Unlike some of the rumours here that claim we are buying 7 new players and claim to have it on good authority. This is my personal opinion. I think Stan will shuffle the board around at the end of the season and Wenger will take a director role.

Just went over the WC videos, Wenger needs to bring in Keisuke Honda! he's shown his admiration for him already and with a new owner I don't think funding a 12-15 million buy will be difficult.
He was pure class. Watch the videos if you don't believe me

Wenger will not be bringing in a goalkeeper. So forget it. Afterall we don't need one. We only need to replace Fabregas(he won't be staying). AW will buy one CB and three fowards.

Wenger will not bring in a new no.1 keeper as he and Bob Wilson (whose opinion on keepers is rarely ignored) have faith in Szczęsny, so rumours of Reina and Neuer are well wide of the mark but rumours of signing Al Habsi (who is classified as home grown as of next season) or a keeper of similar calibre as another understudy is likely for cover.
The only major signings will be defensive minded, Wenger tried and failed to sign Phil Jones of Blackburn in Jan, and refused an offer by Montpellier for Emir Saphic, suggesting perhaps Premier league experience is what he is after- Cahill is thus a likely target but if not Mehdi Benatia may be signed with Nasri convincing Wenger the 6ft Moroccan is what we need despite lack of Prem exp.
Minor signings typical to Wenger will be those of the Swedish youngster Kristoffer Olsson, and Charltons Carl Jenkinson who with the earlier signing of Toral will join the reserves/ youth until proven worthy of first team. As for Ryo Miachi, he is a talent but far too raw for first team action next season-anyone who has watched his games for Feyenoord will testify to this-skills yes, distribution and awareness not just yet.

Wenger won't go all out in the transfer market, he hasn't changed his transfer policy in 15 years and he won't change it because of a new owner.
He'll have the same shortlist of players only now he'll be willing to spend a bit more them, unlike in previous seasons where he's abandoned buys because of the price.
Carl Jenkinson will be on his way in.
He may sign a defensive player- Cahill
In midfield, He'll replace Rosicky, Diaby and Denilson with Eden Hazard.
IF Cesc leaves then a replacement there.
In attack no one will come in, RVP has been good, so has Chamakh.
Ryo Miyachi and Wellington will be promoted to the first team and so will Frimpong

"Though I think our marquee signing will be Eden hazard. Wenger does admire him, and so he should. Wenger has also missed out on signing big players in the past such as Ronaldo and drogba. I believe we will get him for 18 mil, maybe less with a player Exchange, and hazard would then be loaned straight back for a season. As for goalkeepers, I believe almunia will leave for Spain and don't expect a new signing here. I would love to see pepe reina but Wenger will stick with fabianski and szchezny. I expect an offer to go in for Gary cahill as he is good quality and has premiership experience. Rumours about gael clichy leaving will fade. If he does we have two good left backs, gibbs and traore. The only possible addition to midfield is hazard. But other than that, ryo Miyaichi may be moved up to the first team as a winger. He is very good quality, dubbed as the next ronaldo. Can you explain why on earth anyone would pay that much money for a player and then send him out on loan? Because I can't think of any reason why any club would ever do that, ever.
You also seem to have mistakenly referred to Traore as a good left-back.
