Arsenal have had an £18 million bid for Neven Subotic rejected. His agent has come out and said that Neven won't be leaving this month as he wants to win the bundesliga with borussia dortmund. Hopefully that sercetly means he is coming in the summer! How great would that be! This month one of either Samba Cahill or Agger will be signed. All can play in Europe!
