{Ed002's Note - Inter, West Ham, PSV and Trabzonspor have made enquiries about Besiktas' Oguzhan Ozyakup but the asking price is well beyond what most clubs would want to pay. Towards the end of last season Arsenal started scouting the player who had been on their books as a youngster after he found himself scoiring goals regularly. In the summer of 2016 Inter looked to include a player in a package deal for Ozyakup but Besiktas were not interested in Inter's cast offs. This season interest has been continued by Arsenal with RBL also having the player watched on more than one occasion.}
