Ed002 or even ed001 I have a question. Knowing Stan Kroenke not wiling to spend money, or even the fact that we never do spend high amounts of money, in terms of us buying players, is it truly really important for arsenal to get back into the champions league this season?

If he is smart he will stay where he is where he is a starter - if he were to head to any of the leading sides he would not be (taking Arsenal as an example he won't start ahead of Lucas Torreira).}

I am not a massive fan of Ozil but maybe he should try and get him in the team, personally if he’s in the team then it has to be defensive in some way to compensate Ozil, like two cdm’s sitting at the back to cover him as he dosent put a foot in.

3 4 1 2 Torreira Guendouzi in the Middle of the 4 Ozil behind Lacasette and Pea, pretty obvious selection from the players we currently have i'd have thought and not a bad 5 players to have in yiur starting line up either.

Seems a waste of money just sitting on the bench, his morale will be very low, but a few wins assists and even the odd goal will boost that up I am sure.

I actually think our best midfield is Torreira/ Xhaka/ Ozil - probably in the minority on this one though. Xhaka plays well when he doesn't have to sit deep.
