Has anyone heard of this rumour that Guendozi had a row with the coaching staff and Arteta on the Dubai break? I notice he wasn't in the squad for Sunday's game, so that might back the rumour. To be honest, based on his recent performances, combined with Ceballos performance on Sunday, he is sadly not missed. He is another Arsenal youngster who is in danger of having his career go backwards. His performances certainly have.

That appears to be the case Epping but I think you're being hard on him. He's only 20 and the occasional bust-up is nothing special. I think there was a culture of entitlement that Emery fostered among many of the players so I'm glad to see Arteta challenging that ethos.

I think most youngsters do have a rough patch, it's normal, maybe a spell on the sidelines will help him, he can be quite rash and his positioning is questionable.
Dropping could mean he has a boot up his arse, tries more in training and his performance goes up when he does win his spot back, worst case? He gets pi*sed off and leaves, we would move on quite fast.
