Hi Ed002, I have a question on your previous answer about clauses.
1) Did one of the two clubs that made offers for cavani include chelsea?
2) So did Napoli introduce a termination clause for cavani's contract or it just remained as a release clause?
Hussein {Ed002's Note - (1) Yes. (2) A release clause.}

Did arsenal really make a bid for him in January? Or was that rubbish paper talk. Appreciate a reply if any of the Ed's know anything. Sure it was load of cr*p tho {Ed002's Note - We are not goint there again.}

Heard that Arsenal's first choice transfer target for a defensive midfielder is Geoffrey Kondogbia not Vincent Wanyama.
Has anyone else heard this? Eds perhaps?
Am I being tricked or is there some truth?

Considering Varane (his old team mate from Lens) is at Madrid and the strength they have in transfers, that's probably his most likely destination. The only way he may come, is that we can promise 1st team football. I'm just as happy to get Wanyama tbh.

Check; Wenger hardly ever buys one season wonders. Typically observes for two seasons.

I don't see why people are thinking wanyama's first name is vincent all of a sudden. {Ed027's Note - Main poster Wanyama is first choice
