Guys look fabregas buying a house in London isn't as straight forward as it seems.
Hes embroiled in a legal battle with his Ex or an ex of his current girlfriend, not too sure which tbh.
Fabregas has offered to buy their home in London for 5.4 million so the person can continue to live there and end this legal battle.
Hes not buying the house so he can live there as much as it saddens me : (

Reason behind this is b/c her firstborn w/ the ex isn't allowed to live outside the country; she doesn't want to move to Spain. And they've just had a baby together.
He's not going to live in Spain while she lives in England w/ his baby.

Would love to see David Villa at the Emirates even if he is 31, The guy knows how to find the back of the net! anyway didn, t Dennis play till he was 34? and he was still class.
Also loads of rumours about Cesc looking to buy a property and raise his daughter in london, i'm sure we would all like him back if possible.
Throw Valdes into the mix, and a strong DM like Gonolons or Capoue and we could be challenging nxt season?
Anyway let's get into the CL first and enjoy the rumour rollocoaster this Summer is sure to bring. coyg

Yeah Valdes is just lucky that he is Catalan, that's the only reason why he plays for Barca.
I would of course take Fabregas back but I doubt that will happen. A 31 year old David Villa isn't the striker that would excite me, and anything over 7million would be frustrating.
If we could get Jovetic and Fabregas and hold onto all our players we could get serious about our football again. I actually think our GK situation was made worse by Vermaelen (although I do like the guy).
