Big changes behind the scenes at The Emirates!

- David Dein to rejoin the Board and take an active role in the day-to-day business.
- Arsene Wenger to step up in the organization and become Director of Football.
- New Manager coming in, probably Mourinho or someone else big.
- New Assistant Manager coming in as Pat Rice is stepping down post-season, unknown as of yet as it will depend on who will become Manager.

Players coming in will depend on the Manager and what Messrs Dein and Wenger will lay out as a long-term plan.
There will be a lot of changes in the first team squad, the deadwood will be sorted out. A few bigger names will come in.

Fab4 will probably leave if the given price is right. He's running around the pitch while his heart has already moved to Barca.

Ed, is it true that we've had an offer for Sakho turned down or is it paper talk? {Ed001's Note - I am not 100% sure, but I was told you did actually go for him in January but the move failed, which is why I was talking about the club struggling to get its targets in nowadays a day or two ago. There is something amiss in transfer negotiations, whether it is the same penny pinching that used to cost Liverpool when Rick Parry was in charge of them or if it is something else I do not know. But so many deals that look nailed on have been bumbled and messed up.}
