If I may ask, what is the current situation with William Carvalho?

Is anyone interested in the player?

last mentioned was that there were issues regarding 3rd parties.

I know Lars Bender is not going to be moving this summer.

Adrian Rabiot seems to be linked to Arsenal, but he is not experienced, and he's more an attacking mid than a defensive mid.

so from Khedira and Carvalho, are there any talks or enquiries which have taken place? or does it look likely at the moment as wenger has stated " WE ARE NOT CLOSE TO SIGNING ANYONE"

{Ed002's Note - Sporting expect Carvalho to move. Arsenal are interested but not at the asking price. Chelsea may well make a move for him but are awaiting news on another player first. Rabiot I have dealt with at length - he is certainly not a DM. I have explained about Khedira and the expectation of news of his future by the weekend. I am not so sure why M Wenger is using the subjective "C" word, but I would predict that a fruit fly born today and living a full healthy life would see an arrival at Arsenal before he dies.}

Just to inqure about Eduadro Vargas, he was linked with Arsenal as recently as a week back, then the rumours of him going on loan to QRP surfaced and then interest from Sunderland has now surfaced, where does that leave interest from Arsenal? are they looking at another player for the forward position? i'm shocked we have not approached Fiorentina for Cuadrado, I really do think he can play really well in attacking positions.
