So just seen that lille have signed another attacker..
So is there a possibility of someone leaving them in Jan ( hazard/sow?)

batch

Believable16 Unbelievable9

It's looking like Sow will be heading to Fenerbahce, as much as I would like Arsenal to sign him *sigh*

Agree0 Disagree0

Im to believe they wanted another attacker anyway, hence park but we stole him under there nose and they didnt have time to find another...

Agree0 Disagree0

To be fair, signing a player immediately after the ACON seems like a bad idea.

He would go through the adjustment period for the premier league as well as be fatigued.

Would not be an improvement on Chamakh - the summer would have been different.

What is happening with the injury situation?
Diaby few weeks-been months
Sagna jan latest-still 2/3 weeks
Vermaelen definetly back for Sunday-doubtful now
Gibbs end of jan-now 2/3 weeks
Santos march-now 2/3 months.
Wilshere end jan/early feb-still 2/3weeks

YET WE STILL WON'T BUY!
FAB

Believable36 Unbelievable4

You do realise that the end of january is just under 2 weeks away. So they may be 7 days out with their prediction. Does it make that much of a difference

Agree0 Disagree0

Something is very wrong at Arsenal, in respect of the injury stuation over the last few seasons. It seems to have got worse since we moved to the Emirates, adopted our new formation & Gary Lewin left.

Agree0 Disagree0

It makes a big difference actually, when we keep losing because of injuries

FAB

Agree0 Disagree0

Arsenal's football season is like groundhog day
- hope - injuries - bullsh*t from board and manager - win nothing -
we need a change ............

Agree0 Disagree0

Wenger has to go, kroenke should not have been sold the shares
bring in red and white holdings

Agree0 Disagree0

You're not losing because of injuries - you're losing because the teams that are beating you are better. All teams have to cope with injuries. It's all about a squad - and Wenger hasn't invested in that over the years! But by all means you injuries as an excuse if it makes you feel better!

Agree0 Disagree0

Alot is wrong with arsenal. But the injuries is to blame on the players.

Van persie has done alot to keep himself fit, cesc didnt take care last year and he was a wash with injuries, this year he's barely injured.

look at the great players like messi, ronaldo, fitness is key.

Sagnas situation was unfortunate, so was wilshere he had his underlying injury since he was 16, so was ramsey, and now arteta and henry with a bit of bad luck.

vermalen has some sort of an issue which will carry on thru his career, and even walcott has managed to keep himself in better condition.

the players i question about fitness are those that barely play.

Gibbs, Diaby, forever injured never playing.

Agree0 Disagree0

Have all teams coped with 11 injuries and 2 players unavailable?

Agree0 Disagree0

They are predictions genius and Wenger never gives accurate predictions only a general idea as he doesnt want to put pressure on the players, we are all frustrated by the amount of injuries but no one worth buying is available now just deal with it.
BD

Agree0 Disagree0

Deal with this BD
we are sick of it
quality signings should have been done in the summer, instead we signed aload of crap again except the ox and arteta.
the revolt is coming wait and see sunday

Agree0 Disagree0

I love all the revolt now that there has been 2 losses...hey where was all this a month ago when we were winning and on a streak...Seems to me no one was complaining about our "crap" signings then...and please if you think Arteta or the Ox were crap signings you have a huge amount to learn. Arteta may well be our most influential player behind RvP right now...

Agree0 Disagree0

Well put.it is disheartening when ppl do not point their frustration(understandable at times) in the right directions...it shows a lack of appreciation of financing in football, transfer negotiations and the work that goes into it....some time ago players such as berg were being asked for...this did not manifest itself...I am told that berg's performance has not improved...arshavin was lauded as quality signing and for the first few seasons he performed...now he is being driven out...evaluating players is not n easy game, thus finding quality players that want to leave and whose club allow them to leavevis not easy too...let's see what happens at the end of the season

Agree0 Disagree0

If you want to protest fair enough but point your protest in the right direction

Agree0 Disagree0

We should get Fabian Frei from Basel, during the summer. He's been great this year at CL

Agree0 Disagree0

i said except arteta amd the ox

Agree0 Disagree0

Read it mate, he said except ox and arteta and i agree with him. Per is solid but not good enough, for now. I'd rather have Cahill.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think there is something fundamentally wrong with the training, we have far too many injuries during the seasons. I understand some injuries this season are unavoidable but come on, this is too many!

We will still finish in the top 4, I expect spurs will bottle it at some point..

Agree0 Disagree0

I want dein and usmanov to turn us into a real powerhouse of europian football. get kronke and hillwood and gazides out.
So our best players stay and Tottenham are back where they belong well below us.

Fabio Parisi has taken to his twitter account '@parisitweet' to upload a picture of the 26-year-old fullback shaking hands with R's manager Mark Hughes which accompanies a tweet that says: "Taiwo has just signed a six month loan with QPR".

Tevez going to PSG means City will be in the market for RvP! Which is likely, so realistically we will have to see two GOOD signings to ensure he wants to stay with us.

Striker-midfielder type creative player, and a left back will do just nicely

Believable15 Unbelievable11

I think RVP will leave, but cant see it being another EPL team. Will go to Italy or Spain imo

Agree0 Disagree0

No way RVP is going this window Spud.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think if RVP does not sign the extension, wenger will sell him to only one team.

MADRID. Also very likely we can get Benzema in some sort of a swap deal.

I know swaps are unlikely...but something along that line if RVP does not resign.

Agree0 Disagree0

Explain to me how you got Citeh going for RvP if Tevez goes PSG?

The same Tevez who's not had but 3 games (IF That) for MCFC this season? The same Tevez whose not wanted by the club?

And this is the same MCFC that have Balotelli, Dzeko and Aguero up front already not to mention Adebayor, Santa Cruz and Alex Nimley yet you think City will be in for RvP?

Dream on Citeh fan.

=M.A.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yep, M.A, you should have learnt by now that MCFC will not buy players just because they need them. They will buy players just so that they destabilize and weaken other teams. Look at what they did with Nasri. They turned his head knowing that that would destabilize Arsenal and that's exactly what they achieved. Can you say that they needed Nasri or even Clichy, the answer to that is NO. So do not be surprised if they start using the same tactics for RVP so that he won't sign a new contract. And of course Arsene's approach to transfers is not going to help the situation either.

Stoke Gunner

Agree0 Disagree0

If RVP leaves, we would barely make top half of the league. it doesnt look good for arsenal

Agree0 Disagree0

Miss Arsenal is right, City will not go in for RVP and if they do he will not leave for city. RVP is one of the few players who loves arsenal and is loyal enough to shun other prem clubs. Madrid or Barca would be the only clubs who could maybe persuade him but he has his family to think of too remember. Plus Teves is sitting pretty in Buenes Aires so if city were in the market then his situation would be irrelevant.
BD

Agree0 Disagree0

RVP will not sign another contract if we dont improve our squad. Why would he our club has been on a steady decline now for 5-6 years and it will continue. RVP will go to one of the big spainish two.
