Eds any truth that we've agreed terms for aurier? Also seeing a bit about us and Barcelona to hold talks with cuardrado has anything changed with us being able to get him then or is it still the same? Cheers

Believable8 Unbelievable4

{Ed002's Note - There is no agreed deal with Toulouse for Aurier but they have an offer which may be acceptable. Last night l'OM stepped back from any transfer for the player.

Juan Guillermo Cuadrado has been subject to the interest of Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Juventus and his co-owners, Fiorentina & Udinese. Manchester United, Spurs and Liverpool have had the player watched. Juventus has confirmed that they will not be following up. Barcelona were looking to replace Dani Alves with Cuadrado but due to the delay in the sale of Alves have probably lost out to Fiorentina who are finalising the purchase of the rights held by Udinese. That will allow them full control over the future of the player. An auction between Bonaco, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Barcelona would suit them, else they will keep him another season.}

Sorry Ed, but does that mean a bid has been placed for Aurier?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - IS it really so hard to interpret the words "they have an offer which may be acceptable"?}

Is the offer from Arsenal?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Yes - we have been through this repeatedly.}

Sorry ed I really do appreciate the work and effort you put in for us. But some of your replies are a bit uncalled for. Such as the first one you didn't really state it was arsenal who put in the bid. Not having a pop but just seems unnessary at times lol

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - I have said before that he is one of the players that Arsenal have put offers in for. Perhaps it would be better if I said nothing else.}

Was only saying what I thought. Perhaps it is harder than I think keeping your patience with people asking the same questions. And as I said I actually do appreciate your work and effort.

Agree3 Disagree0

One of the players Arsenal have put bids in for?! Who else?

Agree0 Disagree5

I'm sure he put a list somewhere

As D16 says, it does not state who the bid is from. It really does seem very strange that Ed02 takes every opportunity possible to talk down to people.

{Ed002's Note - It is one of the few pleasures I have left in life. Have you signed up for the Ed002 Appreciation Society at: tinyurl.com/c6j7t2m }

Wow there's actually a site lol. Is that your real picture? Are you actually a ball?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Yes, that is an Ed002 fan site. I am normally called something more adjacent to than actually a ball.}

Ed, I tried your link and it didn't work. And I have an allergy to broken links, they make me angry and tired. See you in court. X

Now that was a great response! Lol

Ed, If Real Madrid don't buy Suarez, is there any chance we could still sign Benzema?

Also, do Liverpool have a certain release clause on Suarez & is there legitimate interest from Madrid?

Believable2 Unbelievable6

{Ed002's Note - They are unrelated but I don't think Benzema will be moving to Arsenal now. Real Madrid are one of the clubs interested in Suarez still.}

There's talk of arsenal agreeing personal terms with serge Aurier, are those claims true?

Agree0 Disagree2

{Ed002's Note - There is no agreed deal with Toulouse but they have an offer which may be acceptable. Last night l'OM stepped back from any transfer for the player.}

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed002's Note - No.}

Sorry ed what is I'OM?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - Marseille.}

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed003's Note - 002 doesn't do eeply's }

Hi Ed is there any truth in the Arsene wanting Chris Smalling thing?
I can see the sense in it being part of a a Vermaelan deal plus he could cover not only Mert and Kos but also Jenks if Arsene is going to give him his chance at being our RB this season

Believable1 Unbelievable13

{Ed002's Note - I know nothing of interest in Chris Smalling from Arsenal.}

Luiz Gustavo all over again

Agree0 Disagree2

I'm going to say good. I must admit I haven't seen a ridiculous amount of him but tbh I can't see what he would add from giroud. They just seem very similar to me. Not really what we need to add up front

Agree4 Disagree0

One of Bayern's major sponsors (it may be Opel but I'm not sure) also sponsor individual players. They do the same with Wolfsburg.
This can lead to players transferring still keeping their sponsor's contract or even having their reduced wages made up by the sponsor.
We have a rule where an individual cannot have an interest in more than one club, but in Germany it appears this does not apply to Companies.

As D16 already nailed on, he would have given us nothing that Giroud isn't doing already. As is the case with nearly every striker we've been linked with. I mean how many of those strikers scored more goals than Giroud last season? Morata? No. Griezmann. No. Bony. (I don't think so). Sanchez? About the same? Balotelli? Nope. And that's the one that really makes me laugh, you would think from talk on here that he will change the world. Too many people mistaking FIFA 14 for real life me thinks. He plays terrible in so many games it's actually comical. He has failed everywhere he has been bar none, and we get "I would love to see this guy in an Arsenal shirt". Hilarious.

You should launch a take over bid ubistonk
