This is official. arsenal have been linked to eidur gudjohnson who is currently at stoke. he is apparantly going to replace bendtner, nickolas is not happy and he is always on the bench. the max there going to pay for him is about 3.5-4.0 million.

Arsenal are close to signing 16 yr old Jon Miquel Toral Harper from barca's academy. His mother is British.
He's a a tall attacking mid/ forward propect with an eye for goal. He's already playing for Spain at youth levels and is good enough, to where Rosell gave Gazidis an earful before the CL match he was so pissed.
I for one am very happy. Screw barca, they deserve this for tapping up our captain. I assume they'll come calling for this guy in his 20's and claim he's who he is because of La Masia.
But a terrific potential complement to Afobe.

Wenger himself clearly said he had no desire to engage in contract negotiations with Nasri until the season was over. Nasri's agent came out and said that Samir is happy at Arsenal, has progressed, and sees no reason not to extend. Nasri's father echoed these claims. Wenger was the first one to say we'll wait to handle business issues until the summer, not Nasri.
He'll re-sign in the summer and will leave after the extension, by which time we will have ample replacements, around 2015-16.
Just because things have gone silent for a few weeks, the papers come up with this crap to screw with the players and fans. Fragile youngsters succumb to this. But as you have seen by barca match, not gonna work on us.

Don't worry Nasri won't quit in the summer, a contract extension has not been agreed yet because both parties (Wenger and Nasri) have agreed they won't discuss it until the end of the season, so they do not distract themselves or others from the important run of games coming up.
