Arsenal midfielder Craig Eastmond is set to join Colchester on loan.

Sanchez Watt went with him and Conor Henderson went to Coventry. It is always interesting to see how our boys do on loan but, to be honest, I reckon Henderson is the only one with a future in the team.

Henderson is gone after this season too.

these players are premier league players but not top 4 club players.

Watt and eastmond have been on loan multiple times, and conor wanted a loan deal to get first team.

for me all these guys are gone.

i wonder if miyachi will get a chance...he has been on loan 3 season now.

So wally the walnut wants 100k and play striker upfront like the great theirry he says.
Its not about money he says.

well for one...thierry never asked to play upfront...he was happy on the wing and wenger saw something in him which no one saw and as they say the rest is history...

but i think we can all see that theo has the speed aspect of thierrys game...but his mentality, his drive, his conviction to win the ball, his skill and many more match winning aspects are at best a lottery.

terrorizes barcelona that even messi fears him and then cant get past some 37 year old blackburn defender.

we have a team that now defends as one, plays as one and we saw it at city...we dont need a me person...we had that guy and now hes in manchester...we have a few of our X players living out there.

anyway i think wally should go. liverpool or city can have him...id rather we buy isco.

Disagree. Walcott should be given a chance in a front three of Podolski-Walcott-Gervinho. These three can interlink and for me would work better than having Ramsey play up top. It also takes the pressure away from Gervinho who clearly faulted as the main man.

As for Giroud, I would rather we use him in the cups until he is confident as when he came on against city we just started lumping the ball foward. This is not the Arsenal way nor is it entertaining

And you know he is asking for 100k do you?

Remember King Henry came to us at a similar to Theo now, and he had been a flop out on the wing. Don't get me wrong Theo is not anywhere near as good as Henry at his best, however he is as good at this age.

I say give him a chance, he can finish he has proved that and we know he hace pace maybe even faster than Henry. If he can work on his composure and add a few tricks who knows?

I'm really not sure this one is about the money, he could have left in the summer and got more money elsewhere.

Disagree with the post above re. Giroud. You may have noticed that we were 'lumping' to relieve the City pressure. In almost his first touch OG (be nice if his middle initial was M) took the ball on the full, killed it and laid off to his right into the path of the runner. In one piece of skill he demonstrated an ability that NB52 never seemed to master. As for Walcott he only has speed to mark him out as special. He doesn't have the upper body strength, height, ball skill, composure or determination of TH14. How can he be a CF if he can't play with his back to goal? The guy is not top drawer and is one bad injury away from a steeper decline than Owen's career path

Giving the chance to giroud so he can adapt to the league make more sense. he is an actual CF. the only proper one we have for now.
pol is a winger/support striker. wally is the same plus the inconsistency.

Henry originally played as a striker at Monaco under Wenger,Juventus stuck him on the wing.

Walcott is clearly getting some bad advice if he beleives he should be striker ahead of the other strikers in the team. He appears to think running into corners and not passing and giving the ball away qualify him for anything. When he learns to tackle, make intelligent passes, and get the ball through narrow gaps with accuracy he may have a point, but not now. Its a team game Theo, and you play where the boss thinks you are of most benefit to the TEAM, not where you prefer

Jamie Sanderson with Metro, a reliable journalist, says Arsenal are in the mix with others including Newcastle for Paul Garita - a bright young thing from France (so of course we're linked with him). Striker apparently. Know nothing about him but JS is typically circumspect and solid re his info.

Should have said his name is Arnold Paul Garita. Apologies! :)
