I keep seeing story upon story about this young Odegaard from Norway. Apparently his dad is in contact with 2-3 top teams throughout Europe almost every day regarding his sons future. Has anyone ever seen him play? Is he that good? Of course he is still a child but does he have the potential to be the next big thing?

And of course the obvious question of do Arsenal hold any interest in the young man? We do love our kids here at Arsenal and we have the set up to help kids like him make it in a strong league.

Also I see we have been linked with James McCarthy of Everton lately. Again another player we should have signed from Hamilton years ago but passed on him or we should even have poached him from Wigan but nonetheless I would be very pleased with this if it happened.

Ødegaard has bigger potential than most. he's more attacking and more dynamic than Cesc at the same age. In world football, he must be the biggest talent around. Bigger than Ronaldo and arguably Messi. Best player in Norwegian Tippeligaen at the age of 15!! This little dude is the only youngster we should be looking to buy. at any cost! Barring injuries, he will be a worldbeater by 21, maybe before.

Well if u keep hearing about him he must be good , I don't hear much about bad players to be honest!

He is really talented. Mature style of play, good vision, amazing technique and a fantastic calmness for his age. ¨

I think right now Ajax, Barcelone and Real Madrid is the three competing sides. But Arsenal should be going for him as well.

He looks really good imo. Really good vision and technique and at that age. The Norwegian league is anything to write home about, but he does make people almost twice his age look like infants.

Arsenal should really get him, but I don't think we will. Read somewhere he is a liverpool fan.

Sad to hear that Vermaelen is out for another 5 months, it proves Wenger was correct to sell him, if only he had signed a replacement!

Umm not sure it was right to sell him without a replacement lined up, the fact he's now injured doesn't excuse Arsene's lack of foresight going into a season with just two centre backs.
More of a gloss over than the issue than the work of a master painter
